  1. Lead Record Type and Account Record Type (RecordTypeId) are used to distinguish between different types of leads/accounts in our CRM. These fields aren't available for mapping or setting as hidden fields in Chili Piper. It would be very helpful to be able to set this on the lead, since we use CP for scheduling calls for different record types.

  2. Brightwheel is requesting that we change the phone number that our phone calls are made from to a single-party consent state.

    38 states are currently single-party consent states, but unfortunately the phone number dial from is not one of them, therefore Brightwheel is not able to legally record the calls that come into their reps on the "call me now" calls.

  3. Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field.With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

The Zapier integration could use a considerable amount more work – that'd open up so many possibilities!In addition to the following:- Triggered for Cancelled Call (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/canceled-call-zap-trigger)- Including event time zone (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/include-event-timezone-in-available-zapier-fields)Zapier also could really use: *** The ability to access more test data **•Currently, Zapier can only see the first-ever meeting scheduled via my Chilipiper instance. I had a few different scenarios I need to test though (such as whether someone exists as a lead or contact in SFDC), so only having one Chilipiper event's worth of data to use in Zapier is very limiting *

  6. The reminder emails that chili piper sends to guests, as well as the initial meeting invite email that chili piper sends when the guest books their demo, can those emails be mapped over to salesforce so we can see a history of them on the Lead/Contact record?

    Our reps work in salesforce and gong and being able to confirm whether those emails have been sent, and whether they were opened, in the place they are usually working would be great.

  7. Right now, admins can't choose the timezone they want "today" stamped in when we update a date field and it causes confusion when trying to check the date fields that we update. We should have the option to choose the time zone

  8. At this moment the ChiliCal extension is only displayed under the Lead/Contact page on the lightning version of Salesforce but not in the Classic UI. We would like to have the ability to use the extension on the Classic UI as well.

  9. Hi

    I was just made aware that ChiliCal can do suggested Timezones when booking a meeting but it's based on the customer info being in Clearbit. It seems like there should be a way to do so using timezone in our CRM. We keep track of Timezone based on the address information we have in our CRM so it seems like we should be able to map that to the timezones in ChiliCal?

  12. HubSpot only has the Assignee and the Main Guest associated. Additional guests are not added as designed.

    It would be beneficial for my business to show all people who will or have attended meetings, including our own team members, to properly prioritize and analyze show rates and attribute deals

  13. The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.

  15. When a meeting is cancelled, do not delete it from the Outlook calendar. Insert (CANCELLED) in-front of Title and update from Busy to Free.

Currently we can only see a user's licenses on Chilipiper, but I was wondering if it was possible for us to create a custom user field in SFDC (license status for ex.) and have said field populated based on whether or not the user has a license in Chilipiper. This would require a bidirectional sync in order to work, but would make reporting much easier for us.

  18. HubSpot allows you to have multi step forms where you click a CTA to move forward and eventually submit the form. To redirect using CP, they have to actually submit the form. It would be nice to redirect them when clicking the first CTA instead of the final submit.

    Example use case: I sell a product to HVAC companies. However, sometimes a homeowner fills out a form on my website because they saw my company's name. Today, they will use a drop down to say "I am a homeowner" and have to fully submit the form before I redirect them…

  19. Direct integration with Marketo Measure to measure impact via engagements and sources to track attribution.

    Direct integration is needed because if it's fed via Salesforce, Marketo Measure considers it an offline source, leading to a loss of certain data points.

  20. Google Meet now allows for meetings to auto record once they start. It's a checkbox when creating the Google Meet link in Google Calendar. Could we have this added to the meeting assets? This will help our sales team.
