Retry event update for rescheduled events
Upon an event being rescheduled, CP only attempts to update the event date and time once - if CP receives an error or the record is locked due to other updates happening, CP will not retry to update the date and time. This causes rescheduled events to not get updated to new date and time.

Ability to duplicate workspace
It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.
For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.

Add proposed meeting times into Hubspot email
In addition to being able to book a meeting from Hubspot contact record, it would be big time saver to be able to insert proposed meetings times into an email we are sending to a contact from within Hubspot.

CRM Actions - Events / Delete for Personal Meeting Types
“Keep the meeting in Salesforce” setting should still apply to personal meeting types. We could do this by:
-Inheriting the setting from the User's Default Workspace
-Add Events/Delete setting to Personal Workspace CRM Actions
- Or a (global) Super Admin setting to control this per user.See https://floatingapps.atlassian.net/browse/CPP-8933 for more details.

Custom Salesforce Meeting type names for reporting
It would be fantastic to have two options for the meeting type name, one that shows in the MeetingTypeCP field and one that is shown to the sales team. For example, we have multiple demo meeting types for different languages, such as "Demo - English", "Demo French" etc. so that the sales team can select the correct option. We'd love to be able to have them all show as "Demo" in SFDC so that we can more easily filter and report by meeting types.

Pass form fields to Zapier payload
Currently, the Zapier payload only has basic guest info (plus the usual assignee and booker details) but not the other form fields added. It would be great if Chili Piper can pass those data to Zapier as well.

Pass Workspace name in payload
When Zapier receives the New Meeting payload, Event Workspace only shows up if the meeting is booked via a router but if it's via Meeting Type link, it is not passing it. I think it's crucial to pass that info no matter how a meeting is booked. It's a big help in grouping your actions in your automation

Scheduling with a Group Calendar
It would be very useful to connect a general group calendar to Chili Piper. When new CSM's/Professional Services employees are hired, often their start dates are a few weeks from when they accept the offer and they do not get a company email account until they start. Customer trainings are constantly being scheduled, and we would like to schedule trainings with our new reps. Allowing us to book onto a general group calendar would allow us to continue scheduling trainings before the new rep starts.

Launch CP in SF objects with email fields, not just Leads & Contact pages
A customer uses a SF object with an email field and the calendar icon doesn't populate because we can only see Lead or Contact pages.

Align "Outcome" with "Booking Status"
Booking Status values should be "Booked", "Not Booked" or "No Option Presented".We have high inbound volumes, of which a significant portion are outside of our ICP. They are routed to a separate landing page rather than presented with the ability to book time, so their status in Chili Piper is "No Option Presented." However, our DQs look identical to qualified leads that have "Not Booked" in Salesforce. Both have blank Meeting Types with "Not Booked" Booking Statuses, and it makes reporting, automation, and a general lack of understanding for my salespeople a bit more tricky.

Align "Optional" with "Available" in Google Calendar
Our SDRs hand off qualified meetings to our AEs via the Instant Booker, as well as receive new meetings from Concierge. It appears as though any meeting where a user is "optional" still shows up as "Busy" in Google Calendar, which makes booking over the top challenging.

Append Event manually via Chili Piper if needed
It would be great to be able to adjust where the Event is connected in Salesforce, especially if the Event failed to sync to SF. The use case is that if reps attach an Event to the wrong Case or a SF Event are fails to create due to user error, the manual creation of a new Event is very time intensive. (E.g. if I see the rep entered the email address of the customer instead of the case id, I can edit the event to look for x case ID and then retry sync to SF.)

Populate meeting date in a contact/lead field
We want the ability to capture the "meeting scheduled date" as a value for a contact/lead object field. This would help with all kinds of operational flows in Salesforce and connected systems (like Hubspot).
