  1. Upon an event being rescheduled, CP only attempts to update the event date and time once - if CP receives an error or the record is locked due to other updates happening, CP will not retry to update the date and time. This causes rescheduled events to not get updated to new date and time.

  3. We need a way to better understand why customers are cancelling after booking with an agent. Having a feature in place that would provide the customer with a selection based on why they are cancelled would allow us to assess this data.

    We see emails from customers saying they want cancel, and this moves our Salesforce lead record to "working", however does not disqualify the lead or tell us why the customer cancelled. In these situations, the agent needs to go into the CRM, find the lead and cancel. They are seeing over 1200 leads a weeks with this example.

  5. Now, that Hubspot allows custom properties Chili Piper should auto-send the same fields that we send to the Salesforce Event to the Hubspot Engagement (Booker, Assignee, Router, Rule, Team, Booking Source).

    This will allow for more robust reporting in Hubspot on the engagement. Something handoff users have wanted for a long time.

Currently, when a custom webhook (e.g., sending appointment data to an external endpoint like Power Automate) fails due to issues on the receiving end, Chili Piper dont logs the failure and does not provide an option for admins to manually resend the specific failed event(s) from the Meetings Activity or Events History dashboard. Support has confirmed there is no built-in mechanism to re-trigger these failed webhook payloads, which creates operational challenges, such as manual recreation of appointments or reliance on API workarounds.   8. When Zapier receives the New Meeting payload, Event Workspace only shows up if the meeting is booked via a router but if it's via Meeting Type link, it is not passing it. I think it's crucial to pass that info no matter how a meeting is booked. It's a big help in grouping your actions in your automation

  9. Now, to push the meeting type from CP to HubSpot, it will be required to name it the same way it reflects in HubSpot. It is not efficient to rely on the name of the meeting type to push it to HubSpot. It will be more convenient and efficient to have a dedicated property, let's say, "HubSpot Meeting Type" associated with a meeting type in CP

  10. It would be very useful to connect a general group calendar to Chili Piper. When new CSM's/Professional Services employees are hired, often their start dates are a few weeks from when they accept the offer and they do not get a company email account until they start. Customer trainings are constantly being scheduled, and we would like to schedule trainings with our new reps. Allowing us to book onto a general group calendar would allow us to continue scheduling trainings before the new rep starts.

  12. Context: We utilize a custom implementation where a third-party form creates leads in Salesforce via API. We have strictly disabled Chili Piper's permission to create new leads to prevent duplicates/conflicts.

    Problem: A race condition exists between the form tool's API call and Chili Piper's execution.

    Prospect submits form.

    Chili Piper Concierge triggers immediately and attempts to write booking data to Salesforce.

    Chili Piper searches for the lead email but returns null because the form tool is still processing the creation request.

  14. Relevant for ALL integration mapping, we have use cases where Salesforce (or the integration) uses usernames that have one domain, while the calendar account uses a different domain.

    At present, if someone joins with their calendar, it cannot do automatic mapping for integrations due to the difference in domain names.

    It would be great to support a global domain mapping in the integration screens so that domain.com -> email.com always, therefore if we find user@domain.com it will know to map it to user@email.com.

  15. Currently only meetings booked through Concierge can be manually synced to HubSpot if the initial meeting creation failed (through the Concierge logs). If the meeting is not created for a meeting booked with a scheduling link (or Handoff, but we aren't currently using this), there is no way to push a sync to HubSpot for that meeting. If I remember correctly, this was possible for all meetings on the old platform since it was an option when viewing the meeting record.

  17. We have more that one automation firing (from other systems) at the point a new lead gets created. This can sometimes cause duplicate records to get created in Salesforce. I would like the option to add a delay (wait 5 minutes for example) to the creation of a new lead at the point the prospect books a meeting. So that if the lead has already been created in Salesforce, chili will simply update the booking fields for the existing lead rather than creating the lead instantly.

  19. Brightwheel is requesting that we change the phone number that our phone calls are made from to a single-party consent state.

    38 states are currently single-party consent states, but unfortunately the phone number dial from is not one of them, therefore Brightwheel is not able to legally record the calls that come into their reps on the "call me now" calls.

Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field.With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.
