Add proposed meeting times into Hubspot email
In addition to being able to book a meeting from Hubspot contact record, it would be big time saver to be able to insert proposed meetings times into an email we are sending to a contact from within Hubspot.

Webhook Filtering
We're currently leveraging the Chili Piper new meetings webhook to automate a critical sales process that previously required significant manual effort (hours daily for data export, filtering, and formatting for Eloqua). This automation has greatly improved efficiency.
However, the current webhook functionality sends all concierge meeting data. This necessitates an additional filtering step within our Power Automate flow to exclude data from concierges we don't need to consume via the webhook. This adds an unnecessary layer of processing on our end and potentially increases data transfer overhead for Chili Piper.
We request a modification to the Chili Piper webhook configuration…

Retry event update for rescheduled events
Upon an event being rescheduled, CP only attempts to update the event date and time once - if CP receives an error or the record is locked due to other updates happening, CP will not retry to update the date and time. This causes rescheduled events to not get updated to new date and time.

Pass form fields to Zapier payload
Currently, the Zapier payload only has basic guest info (plus the usual assignee and booker details) but not the other form fields added. It would be great if Chili Piper can pass those data to Zapier as well.

It would be beneficial if there was a setting we can add that will allow the customer to select the reason when cancelling meetings via HVS?
We need a way to better understand why customers are cancelling after booking with an agent. Having a feature in place that would provide the customer with a selection based on why they are cancelled would allow us to assess this data.
We see emails from customers saying they want cancel, and this moves our Salesforce lead record to "working", however does not disqualify the lead or tell us why the customer cancelled. In these situations, the agent needs to go into the CRM, find the lead and cancel. They are seeing over 1200 leads a weeks with this example.

Webhook resend
Currently, when a custom webhook (e.g., sending appointment data to an external endpoint like Power Automate) fails due to issues on the receiving end, Chili Piper dont logs the failure and does not provide an option for admins to manually resend the specific failed event(s) from the Meetings Activity or Events History dashboard. Support has confirmed there is no built-in mechanism to re-trigger these failed webhook payloads, which creates operational challenges, such as manual recreation of appointments or reliance on API workarounds. This is particularly impactful for high-volume users where failures (e.g., due to endpoint timeouts) can lead to missed…

Pass Workspace name in payload
When Zapier receives the New Meeting payload, Event Workspace only shows up if the meeting is booked via a router but if it's via Meeting Type link, it is not passing it. I think it's crucial to pass that info no matter how a meeting is booked. It's a big help in grouping your actions in your automation

CP "Meeting Type" should have a property "Meeting Type" that will be pushed to HubSpot
Now, to push the meeting type from CP to HubSpot, it will be required to name it the same way it reflects in HubSpot. It is not efficient to rely on the name of the meeting type to push it to HubSpot. It will be more convenient and efficient to have a dedicated property, let's say, "HubSpot Meeting Type" associated with a meeting type in CP

Scheduling with a Group Calendar
It would be very useful to connect a general group calendar to Chili Piper. When new CSM's/Professional Services employees are hired, often their start dates are a few weeks from when they accept the offer and they do not get a company email account until they start. Customer trainings are constantly being scheduled, and we would like to schedule trainings with our new reps. Allowing us to book onto a general group calendar would allow us to continue scheduling trainings before the new rep starts.

Align "Outcome" with "Booking Status"
Booking Status values should be "Booked", "Not Booked" or "No Option Presented".We have high inbound volumes, of which a significant portion are outside of our ICP. They are routed to a separate landing page rather than presented with the ability to book time, so their status in Chili Piper is "No Option Presented." However, our DQs look identical to qualified leads that have "Not Booked" in Salesforce. Both have blank Meeting Types with "Not Booked" Booking Statuses, and it makes reporting, automation, and a general lack of understanding for my salespeople a bit more tricky.

Append Event manually via Chili Piper if needed
It would be great to be able to adjust where the Event is connected in Salesforce, especially if the Event failed to sync to SF. The use case is that if reps attach an Event to the wrong Case or a SF Event are fails to create due to user error, the manual creation of a new Event is very time intensive. (E.g. if I see the rep entered the email address of the customer instead of the case id, I can edit the event to look for x case ID and then retry sync to SF.)

Push a meeting sync to HubSpot if initial creation failed
Currently only meetings booked through Concierge can be manually synced to HubSpot if the initial meeting creation failed (through the Concierge logs). If the meeting is not created for a meeting booked with a scheduling link (or Handoff, but we aren't currently using this), there is no way to push a sync to HubSpot for that meeting. If I remember correctly, this was possible for all meetings on the old platform since it was an option when viewing the meeting record.

CRM field for time zone of prospect
When a prospect selects a different time zone than the one presented to them, this is not recorded anywhere except in our database.
It was suggested to me that we should store this time zone as a field in the CRM Event record as a custom field, or otherwise make it available as a dynamic tag to embed there.
