Populate Meeting Start Day/Time to HubSpot
What I'm trying to do is actually a workaround since I'm not able to send notifications to a gmail alias in Chili Piper. Since I need to send the notification in HubSpot, I need to be able to pull meeting start date/time from a property that's populated by Chili Piper.

Retry event update for rescheduled events
Upon an event being rescheduled, CP only attempts to update the event date and time once - if CP receives an error or the record is locked due to other updates happening, CP will not retry to update the date and time. This causes rescheduled events to not get updated to new date and time.

Ability to duplicate workspace
It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.
For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.

Set Hubspot meeting to be created by the sync users who booked the meeting
Currently, there is only the option to set who the meeting activity in Hubspot is assigned to and Chilipiper passes no value for who created the engagement.
For ease of reporting, it is essential to capture both when working with an SDR <> AE handoff.
For example;
If Frank, an SDR, books a meeting for Don, an AE, the Hubspot meeting should have the following information;
Activity Created by Frank
Activity Assigned to DonCurrently Don is being assigned but Frank is not showing in Activity Created By because of Chilipiper limitations in writing that information over.
The proposed workarounds…

Ability to pass specific values to Salesforce fields from a form submission
Ability to pass specific values to Salesforce fields from a form submission without having to create form fields and mapping them to a Chili Piper form where we put the field as hidden and assign a value to it.

Add proposed meeting times into Hubspot email
In addition to being able to book a meeting from Hubspot contact record, it would be big time saver to be able to insert proposed meetings times into an email we are sending to a contact from within Hubspot.

Update HubSpot meeting record outcome to Completed
Would be helpful to have the meeting record in HubSpot marked with a Meeting Outcome of Completed via the integration. Would also need to be sure that any meeting marked as Completed could also be updated to a No-Show when the prospect is marked as not attending in Chili Piper.

Custom Salesforce Meeting type names for reporting
It would be fantastic to have two options for the meeting type name, one that shows in the MeetingTypeCP field and one that is shown to the sales team. For example, we have multiple demo meeting types for different languages, such as "Demo - English", "Demo French" etc. so that the sales team can select the correct option. We'd love to be able to have them all show as "Demo" in SFDC so that we can more easily filter and report by meeting types.

Pass form fields to Zapier payload
Currently, the Zapier payload only has basic guest info (plus the usual assignee and booker details) but not the other form fields added. It would be great if Chili Piper can pass those data to Zapier as well.

Write the latest value to "Booking_Status_CP__c" when booked by inbound router
Write the latest value to "BookingStatusCP__c" if the form is submitted more than once during the same session. Here is an example. One of our prospects submitted a form at 10:45 and did not book a meeting. At 10.46, the form was submitted again by the same prospect, and this time meeting was booked. Chili Piper wrote to HubSpot "Booked" at 10:46 but it was updated to "Not Booked" at 10:50, which is the wrong status.

CRM Actions - Events / Delete for Personal Meeting Types
“Keep the meeting in Salesforce” setting should still apply to personal meeting types. We could do this by:
-Inheriting the setting from the User's Default Workspace
-Add Events/Delete setting to Personal Workspace CRM Actions
- Or a (global) Super Admin setting to control this per user.See https://floatingapps.atlassian.net/browse/CPP-8933 for more details.
