  1. We would like the booker's timezone to be reflected in the Google cal invite, NOT the host's timezone. At the very least, can we get dynamic variables to use that reflect the booker's timezone and the booking time in that timezone?

  2. France changed its phone regulatory policy a few weeks ago because of the overly high number of spams and ads received by people on their phone. The result is the following:when sending notification sms without possible response to your customers, it is now mandatory to use an alphanumeric sender ID, otherwise the sms is not sent.Chili Piper's Twilio integration does not allow us right now to add an alphanumeric sender ID to our sms reminders, so they are not sent (this is confirmed by our Twilio console even though Chili Piper interface indicates they are sent) and we are losing…

  3. Our Mid-Market sales team often employs a Sales Engineer for follow up calls. We have queue et up to book time with them but it would be helpful to have a static booking link that incorporates both the AE and Sales Engineer's availability. We are aware of the gmail extension that can do this, but the sales rep needs to launch instant booker each time they want to insert availability. Having a static booking link that always displays availability of both the AE and Sales Engineer would be helpful.

Dynamics tags are not being fulfilled when a meeting is booked via Suggested Times and the Meeting Type:* Has the “Require guest to fill the form before booking" option enabled;* The prospect does not exist in CRMThe Dynamic Tag could be filled with the information provided in the form of the one-click booking link while the meeting is booked.

  5. Give client ability to decide if they want to take a second assignee's availability into account when scheduling or just schedule with the primary assignee. This could be extremely helpful if an Prospect hits an Ownership queue but their assignee is OOO or on extended leave, we could allow a option to "view more availability" and the Chili Tenant could choose backup assignees or an alternative queue to route to. Potentially this could be applied to the scenario if we allowed customers to enable Strict RR in concierge but then "select additional availability" and route to new queue

  6. Had a user suggest that when they increase the meeting duration on the calendar, we should sync this over and increase the duration in the database. This accommodates reschedules as they will be booked to the same meeting duration as was set.

Our Planhat CSM ( and a customer of ours) just asked about functionality similar to Doodle, in which the guests can select their availability and the booker can see which time fits best for all guests to schedule. At the moment the booker would have to cross-reference their team's availability and the suggested times/booker's calendar availability. We also don't solve for the use-case of coordinating a group of people from various companies.

  8. You can make meeting types made in a workspace available to reps' personal links/pages, but not the forms individually. Customers want to be able to standardize the guest form but customize the meeting types (e.g. personalizing the messaging).

  9. Currently there is not a way to limit what characters someone enters in on a CP form field, like with a number field. For example, if someone has a "Company Size" field on their CP form that writes to a number field in Salesforce there is currently no way to prevent the prospect from entering in letters. There are currently ways to set certain types of fields for personal Guest Forms (Spicy Forms), but not for Forms in Hot workspaces. Also Spicy forms don't allow for number fields specifically.

  10. It is very frustrating for customers to have to add dynamic tags for Zoom and such every time they want to create a new meeting type. This can be especially frustrating when trying to train new reps on Chili Piper. While the admin-created meeting types may have the correct tags, rep-created ones may not if they forget. It would remove a lot of confusion if there was an optional setting to apply automatically apply conferencing information to each meeting type. Calendly has this functionality I believe.

  12. Ability to sort Workspaces, Queues, Meeting Types and Reminders. It would come handy when we create new rules for queues. For example, we used 4 queues + the ownership + special language queue. Then we decided to add more more, which was then in the end, so we ended up with workspaces being in this order:- Below 101- 251-500- 501-5000- Above 5000- Ownership queue- Language queue- 101-250This look was confusing when training new Admins. As a results they tent to forget about the last queue when adding changes. The same applies to Workspaces, Meeting Types and Reminders.

  13. When prospect enters Public Booking Link or Personal Booking Link, they will see availability of the assignee + have the option to see prospect's availability as well, if prospect has CP Chrome Extension. This way prospect can not book a meeting by mistake for the time they are busy.I'm not sure if this is possible but I got it from customer who claims Calendly has it.

  14. Adding the ability to add images to our reminders & change the domain to which they are sent from could help companies with brand consistency. Also, customers could add video thumbnails to introduce themselves or further educate the prospect / invitee

  15. In the meeting details on Dashboard section, we can see if a reminder is scheduled or if was already sent. When it was already sent, we cannot really see the time it was sent. This actually display messages like "was sent a day ago / month ago".
