Upon round robin reset - continue in list order rather than move to top
Each time the round robin is reset, it starts over again from the top of this list of reps. This leads to reps at the bottom of the list often getting left out, an waiting all month / time period to be reached. It would be more fair if the round robin, even after being reset, would continue with the 'up next' rep in the list rather than bumping back up to the top.

Notify all members of a group queue when a Lead/Contact is assigned through "Queues for prospects who didn't take action"
When a prospect is assigned through "Queues for prospects who didn't take action" to a Owner from a queue booking link, all members should be notified about it and not only the Lead/Contact owner. It can give a better visibility to all members of this group queue.

SLA feature in Distro being able to mark a field value as blank or clear it.
Distro being able to mark a field value as blank or clear it. Helpful not to have to build formula fields for this in sfdc. We have existing prospects coming back all of the time. Don't want to build out a formula field.

Query Salesforce based on Account Record
Be able to query Salesforce based on Account Record Type when looking at ownership rules. For large companies with multiple account types only looking at 5 accounts isn't enough and the value will Chili Piper decreases over time as more accounts are added.

Sales Level Agreements from Distro Available Elsewhere
We did a demo of distro and my biggest takeaway was the SLA actions tool. We've been working on that in our org separately and the tool accomplishes a couple of things that would be useful on their own or tied to concierge as well. The time dependent actions can be really difficult to set up inside a CRM on its own and that would really simplify that process. Also being able to schedule slack reminders would be a huge benefit for everything we currently use.

Queue Rule config with logic tree
Instead of writing the conditions with AND and OR, it'd be easier to describe the queue rule with a logic tree. Some major routing software offers it and it's fool proof than writing conditions with AND and OR.

Don't use commas to separate queue keywords
Use a visual or other indication of a separate queue keyword so that commas in picklists can be used for routing.

Salesforce Queue
There is no way to identify if a SF record is owned by a queue. None of the drop down options allow for recognizing a record owned by a queue in SF when building out queue rules.

Account Ownership Recognition within "Queues For Prospects Who Don't Take Action" when Lead Creation is Disabled
In a scenario where lead creation is turned off, when a prospect matches L2A during initial routing, but then doesn't select a meeting time, they're routed via Queues for Prospects Who Dont Take Action. QFPWDTA does not account for Ownership queues if they are net-new and lead creation is disabled. It would be great if we could create some kind of key from the initial routing that holds true when QFPWDTA takes place, allowing for L2A at that time.

Add ability to define business hours for Distro SLA
Distro SLA allows users to reassign out leads if a certain field hasn't been updated within a certain amount of time. Clients would love to be able to set the "working hours" to prevent a lead coming in close to end of day or after business hours from being reassigned. ie, lead comes in at 5pm with a 3 hour SLA. Instead of having that lead reassigned at 8pm and penalizing the rep for not working after close of day, they would like the lead to be potentially reassigned at 12pm the following day (3 business hours after 5pm).

Ability to an Exclusion List of Email Domains to Automatically Disqualify a Domain
In cases where competitors come inbound and attempt to waste our time this can be a nice to have feature that eliminates any possibility of a person on an excluded email domain from being able to schedule a meeting with your sales reps via Concierge - it would be a simple list of email domains that can be manually added or imported via CSV
