  2. I spend a lot of my advertising budget on Facebook lead ads, but if I sent them to a Chili Piper page after to book a meeting with my team, they have to fill out the form again. Would be great to be able to enable a prospect to book a meeting after converting from a Facebook lead ad.. ideally directly in Facebook but it could also work on a thank you page I redirect them to... would just need to pass thru the info they already submitted so they don't have to refill a form.

  3. When working with 50+ queues due to large territories or broad teams/larger organizations, updating queues becomes a tedious and time-consuming task. It would be great if you could group queues together, and change a queue setting or add/remove a particular rule from the entire group at a time. Alternatively, you could select from a list of queues which to update, and trigger a mass update without a specific group defined.

  4. Chili can detect when a rep is on vacation and not book meetings for them during that time, but that rep will still receive unbooked leads via the round robin. Ideally, someone on vacation wouldn't receive these either and the only way around this is to manually remove people from the queues.

  7. Prospects and Customers love the Chili Piper L2A matching routing capabilities. Routing based on the website domain or the email domain is a highly valued feature that gives Chili Piper a competitive advantage. It will be amazing if Chili Piper can route with the same logic for Lead to Lead (L2L) routing. This would allow a Lead to be routed to the owner of another Lead that has the same domain. It could use the same logic of matching by website domain or individual email domain.Lean Data and other routing softwares' offer this. It would be great if Chili Piper…

Dramatic decrease in Chili Concierge volume should send warning to super admins that something may be wrong - otherwise, if you don't hear from your reps or look in reports regularly you could miss tons of opps if say, a website change was made, or an integration was deployed on your site that you didn't realize would affect Concierge, or some other random event. Would be superior if the "dramatic" criteria could be set by the customer - such as if we see X percent decrease in x amount of time, or if we go 1 hour with no leads…

  9. Ability for clients to set a variable # of days that if lead matches to owner but owner is not available for X number of days, move to route through other queues. This would solve for vacation or extended OOO without manual intervention from Chili Piper POC and prioritizing booking the meeting over waiting for an owner.

  10. Text me now. The form currently has 3 options: "Call me now", "Start a video call", or "Schedule a meeting". We personally will not use "Start a video call". A preferred option for us and for our prospects is "Text me now" rather than a video call. So the client is in control of their experience by requesting to be called, texted or schedule appointment. We will upgrade our account from Concierge to Concierge Live w/ calling and texting if this feature becomes available. I'm sure I'm not the only one requesting it and that could benefit from it.

  12. ability to choose from a range of intervals in which the Round-Robin algorithm resets itself from the Workspace Settings ie., 1, 3, & 6 month intervals. This is for quarterly and semi-annual reporting purposes on their end.

  13. When reassigning a meeting, don't send out a cancellation notification to the prospect. only change the meeting owner to the new assignee - this way it doesn't effect the prospect

Want ability to pause a rep in queues rather than individually remove from each queue. the main issue is with such a large sales org, there are a lot of instances where reps either forget to mark their calendars as OOO or unexpectedly have to go on leave, and the only solution for us is to completely take them out of each of the RR.

  15. Our reps would love to know when they are 'next' in the rota, and assume the rota is 'unfair' because the round robin calculation happens behind closed doors from their perspective.I'm sending them screenshots but would rather give them a window into the relevant queues.

If a queue is built out with weighting, lets say one rep is 5 meetings for everyone elses 1, when calibration "current level" resets to zero, as soon as they take one meeting we bump the other person up next in the queue because the person set to 500% is at .2 level which is higher than zero. Customers (home depot for example) want the reps set to 500 to take 5 meetings before allowing the other rep to take one. we should set calibration up to understand this

In cases where competitors come inbound and attempt to waste our time this can be a nice to have feature that eliminates any possibility of a person on an excluded email domain from being able to schedule a meeting with your sales reps via Concierge - it would be a simple list of email domains that can be manually added or imported via CSV
