Prevent Assignee's from getting Meeting Buffers
A setting to be able to turn off Assignee's & Internal Guests from getting the meeting buffers would be great.
We only need them to for the Booker's to prepare, and its clogging up Assignee's calendars.2 votes -
Required Fields for Booker when Scheduling ("Edit Fields")
Sometimes there are pieces of information that admins want to require the Booker to fill out before scheduling a call. This is to ensure the calendar invites have the necessary information and the Booker has done their needed homework. This would be information that wouldn't/couldn't be pulled from Salesforce using a normal dynamic tag.

Only show contacts reps have access to in scheduler
They have restricted access to certain contacts based on territories and others things to reps. They only want reps to see the contacts that they have access to in SF when suggested emails start coming up.

Ability to track opens/clicks on meeting reminders
Currently, there is no analytics on the meeting reminders being sent and how the prospect is interacting with them. It is helpful to be able to audit if they are delivered, opened (or going to spam) etc. We often get feedback from prospects that they never received the reminder, there is no way for us to discern if this is an actual issue with the invite or if it is a issue on their end.
It would be extremely helpful to be able to see the activity on the reminders and the message that went out / what time.

Admin ability to edit a meeting time zone
If there is a third party booking a meeting and the wrong time zone is selected, you need to cancel the meeting and rebook. There should be a feature where if the incorrect time zone is selected, you are able to edit instead of rebooking. If the original host is not available, it moves to someone else or doesn't allow you to rebook.

Multiple Duration Options
Would be great to be able to offer users of my ChiliCal meeting links multiple duration options in a single booking link.
An add-on to this is setting one of the links as the default.

Show meeting buffers before selecting a slot in ChiliCal scheduler
Meeting buffers are only shown (if enabled) once a time slot has been selected. This is problematic when booking for others if the booker is not aware of the buffers on each meeting type. They can end up picking what appears to be a suitable slot only to find there's a buffer enabled and therefore having to pick a new slot or suggest alternatives if doing so live on a call with a prospect/customer.

Ability to edit the label "Route your prospects through Chili Piper" message when sharing the link
When using the my personal page link (in LinkedIn for example), the preview contains some ad copy for Chili Piper.
I'm wondering if we can tone down the use of the word "prospects" in that preview since some of the contacts we make are soft approaches where we don't want to appear immediately sales-y. (Personally, I wouldn't click on a schedule link that was about prospecting if I wasn't in sales).
Instead of "route your prospects through Chili Piper" can we just do "Route your meetings through Chili Piper"?

Personal Page does not follow Brand guidelines
The Personal Page does not follow the brand guidelines as setup main panel.
This prevents us from broadly using the Personal Page company wide.
Brand guidelines are followed in booking links.

CP meeting forward notifications
If someone is added to the meeting, it would be great if the host would get a notification regarding the addition and be able to see them on the calendar invite.

Share Group Link to a user(s) vs workspace/team
Group Link: Use case is a SDR wants to provide a booking link that looks at the SDR and their AE's calendar for open slots.
1) Allow users to create Group Links vs just admins or build into the role permissions
2) Allow to share the Group Link to an individual user or users. Right now it has to be shared to the Workspace or a Team. In the use case above, the Group Link is shared to the entire SDR team. The entire SDR team now sees all the Group Link booking links when they only need their own.…1 vote -
Reminders to confirm meeting based on time since booking rather than time before meeting
Would like the ability to set reminders based on meeting not accepted within X time period since booking the meeting rather than days before the meeting. For example, if we send a meeting request to a recipient 15 days before the meeting we want the ability to remind them on day 14 that we haven't received their acceptance of the meeting. Right now we need to set a time before the meeting if not accepted which could lead to significant delay.
Also the ability to mark the person as accepted if they don't have a mail client that sends calendar…

Lock Scroll Bar on Bottom of the Screen when trying to scroll to the right in Reports
Can you please lock the scroll bar on the bottom of the screen for the reports section.
Currently if I want to scroll to the right to see more columns, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page, scroll right, scroll up, and then continue to look.
I typically lose the information I need on the left to go back and check I am looking at the right thing, it's not very user friendly.

Enhancement to the "Book Again" Feature to copy Meeting Details
Currently, the "Book Again" feature only adds the people in the meeting to the scheduler but does not copy over the meeting's details, such as the meeting subject.
As a result, the meeting subject defaults to the original meeting type instead of reflecting the details of the meeting being copied. This can cause confusion, especially when the meeting being duplicated has a different subject or meeting type from the default.
It would be helpful if the "Book Again" feature could retain the original meeting details to ensure consistency and avoid the need for manual updates.

Icons to show who is included in a group call
In the old UI, I used to be able to see an icon of all the team members who would be included in a group call, but I'm no longer about to do that in fire. It would be really helpful to see at a glance. For now, I am renaming my group calls to include the list of attendees.

Invite Additional Attendees from CRM in Search Function
I’d love the ability to search for existing contacts in our CRM directly within the Chili Piper ‘Invite a Guest’ field. This would eliminate the need to type out the full email or switch to my email client to copy and paste, streamlining the invitation process.

Add booking instructions as a subtext
Every time I send available times in an email, I'd have to let them know that all they have to do is click directly on one of the orange boxes.
It'd be great if this piece instruction was embedded as a subtext(similar to "view full Calendar Link")
