  1. Meeting buffers are only shown (if enabled) once a time slot has been selected. This is problematic when booking for others if the booker is not aware of the buffers on each meeting type. They can end up picking what appears to be a suitable slot only to find there's a buffer enabled and therefore having to pick a new slot or suggest alternatives if doing so live on a call with a prospect/customer.

  2. When using the my personal page link (in LinkedIn for example), the preview contains some ad copy for Chili Piper.

    I'm wondering if we can tone down the use of the word "prospects" in that preview since some of the contacts we make are soft approaches where we don't want to appear immediately sales-y. (Personally, I wouldn't click on a schedule link that was about prospecting if I wasn't in sales).

    Instead of "route your prospects through Chili Piper" can we just do "Route your meetings through Chili Piper"?

  3. If someone is added to the meeting, it would be great if the host would get a notification regarding the addition and be able to see them on the calendar invite.

  4. Group Link: Use case is a SDR wants to provide a booking link that looks at the SDR and their AE's calendar for open slots.

    1) Allow users to create Group Links vs just admins or build into the role permissions
    2) Allow to share the Group Link to an individual user or users. Right now it has to be shared to the Workspace or a Team. In the use case above, the Group Link is shared to the entire SDR team. The entire SDR team now sees all the Group Link booking links when they only need their own.…

  5. Can you please lock the scroll bar on the bottom of the screen for the reports section.

    Currently if I want to scroll to the right to see more columns, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page, scroll right, scroll up, and then continue to look.

    I typically lose the information I need on the left to go back and check I am looking at the right thing, it's not very user friendly.

  6. Currently, the "Book Again" feature only adds the people in the meeting to the scheduler but does not copy over the meeting's details, such as the meeting subject.

    As a result, the meeting subject defaults to the original meeting type instead of reflecting the details of the meeting being copied. This can cause confusion, especially when the meeting being duplicated has a different subject or meeting type from the default.

    It would be helpful if the "Book Again" feature could retain the original meeting details to ensure consistency and avoid the need for manual updates.

  7. In the old UI, I used to be able to see an icon of all the team members who would be included in a group call, but I'm no longer about to do that in fire. It would be really helpful to see at a glance. For now, I am renaming my group calls to include the list of attendees.

  8. I’d love the ability to search for existing contacts in our CRM directly within the Chili Piper ‘Invite a Guest’ field. This would eliminate the need to type out the full email or switch to my email client to copy and paste, streamlining the invitation process.

  9. Every time I send available times in an email, I'd have to let them know that all they have to do is click directly on one of the orange boxes.

    It'd be great if this piece instruction was embedded as a subtext(similar to "view full Calendar Link")

  12. Currently can't find a way to add a hyperlink to an external resource in the meeting description. For example, adding a link to an article or blog post or report that is related to the meeting type. Right now, we have to share the full, long link and can't hyper link it in the text of the meeting description, which looks bad/messy.

    We also need the ability to easily use bolding, italics, bulleted lists, numbers, etc. when writing the meeting descriptions. This part of Chili Piper in it's current state is pretty basic and this is where GCal has Chili…

We'd like to extend the use of CP to our CS/Growth teams but only if we can give customers one landing page (instead of multiple links) that has all of the different call types available to them and then the option to choose who they book with or a round-robin if they don't mind. Similar to personal pages but for the entire post-sales teams.

  17. Reaching host booking limit is not used when showing meeting availability. So often, Chili PIper will show a meeting as available. Prospect then clicks on meeting to book and then gets a page back saying that it is "unavailable". It's a bad user experience. Some users might click on the "Find another time" button while others might not due to being unaware of the button or through frustration.

    We also want to keep the limit at 10 to have balance on focus and don't want to move to unlimited bookings as we don't want AEs spending a lot of time…

  19. When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

  20. Add dynamic variables to event name (ie booking person's company + my company as the event name) + allow dynamic variables in subject lines.

    This will make it more consistent and allow for better calendar invite names(to fit standard call name format) and the reminder emails will reflect the calendar invite names
