Block calendar within chilipiper without blocking personal calendar
I'd like to block a date within chilipiper and NOT my personal calendar. At the moment, I have days that need to be blocked after a certain number of customer appointments and I need to leave my personal calendar open to allow time for internal meetings.
current process is to create a custom calendar per day to block it off but it is not user friendly. It would be better to have a calendar in chilipiper to block off there and not affect my personal calendar. 10to8 has this option.3 votes -
Allow custom limit for multiple bookings
Right now users can have a single (1) booking for a given time slot (ex: 11am) or multiple (8) bookings.
There is no option to edit/limit multiple bookings to more/less than 8.
Ex: I want to be able to just double (2) book a timeslot.

Option to Cluster Calls
Provide suggestive booking times that prioritize "clustering" calls so that reps don't have big gaps in their call schedule.
Example:
• Charles likes to take 15-minute calls back to back. No buffer.
• Tony books the first 15-minute call at 9:30am.
• Bruce goes to book a call and instead of getting to pick from any 15-minute slot in the entire day, is first recommended to book a call at 9:45am or 10:00am. If neither of those times work, there is a “show more times” button to give Bruce all the options.1 vote -
Tentative Outlook prioritization
I'd like to mark calendar blocks in outlook as tentative for heads down work (a MS viva best practice... and generally a good action). This way internal colleagues know I'm working and can try to accommodate
BUT... I'd like external clients (who I prioritize) to be able to book over my tentative blooks (obviously still not booking over 'booked' blocks) through chillipiper
I wish Chilipiper could show tentative as available.... and in a perfect world, show them as a secondary choice after the primary options.

Prevent Buffers from Over Booking
can we have a setting or toggle to prevent buffers from being booked over busy slots when the extension setting is set to Don’t allow Bookers to book over busy slots

Auto- Optional for booker rather than Auto-decline
Want ability for booker to be set as auto-optional rather than auto-decline. Use case is SDR's sending out campaigns in outreach using queue links and themselves as booker, when client books it looks rude for SDR to autodecline immediately when they've been having the communication with the prospect

Allow booker to edit the details of the scheduled event, but not be included on the invitation
Allow the BDR/XDR who is scheduling the meeting, to also edit the details of the meeting (change the time, add/remove guests etc.) without being invited. Foreseeably from their dashboard.

Book through Outreach Everywhere inside of Salesforce
Enable reps to use the Chrome extension overlay on Outreach Everywhere inside of Salesforce.

Make time options go vertically first and then horizontally
When a prospect goes to book a meeting and they're brought to the calendar page, it would be nice to make the time options go vertically first and then horizontally. As humans, we're conditioned to view columns before rows when we look at data.

Book Meeting onto Non-Primary Google Calendar
It would be amazing to be able to schedule meeting on one of an Assignee's non-Primary or Additional Calendars in Google.
(Calendly allows this...)

Allow users to book meetings for reps that are set as OFF on Instant Booker
Currently, it's not possible to book meetings for someone that has a day off the next day (or more days) due to the Booking Span if the queue is Round Robin with the make it strict option enabled, would be good if we had an option to not block the calendar of the rep for when the person is back.
Example - I'm off tomorrow and IB shows me as OFF, and with the make it strict, it will not consider me as next in queue, so bookers are not able to assign meetings to me for next week.

Rolling Calendar Block
Prevent meetings from being scheduled for “the morrow morning” if the client is selecting the meeting time in the evening (let’s say no later than 6pm) prior.
The minimum scheduling notice (MSN) is not sufficient for CP users who are meeting with people from distant time zones.
I am based on the east coast of the US. If I set my MSN to 4 hours, then someone in Europe (at 9am their time, 3 am my time) can schedule a meeting with me for 8am my time (2pm their time) while I'm still asleep. This is inconvenient.
If I increase…

Reschedule Should NOT Count For Booking Limits
Currently, Host booking limits are taken into account when someone attempts to reschedule their meeting.
This shouldn't be the case as the meeting is being moved to a different time (and thus not adding to the number of meetings booked).

Multiple queues linked to one meeting type
It would be great to be able to connect multiple meeting queues to a meeting type. The example use-case is that I want to send an invite out for a meeting that goes to a global audience, but depending on where they are located, I want to let them choose if they want to pick a time for a EMEA timezone friendly call (so this link would go to the EMEA team's link) or APAC or North America.

Allow individual contributors in 1 workspace to be able to select the duplicate SFDC contact record
Allow individual contributors in 1 workspace to be able to select the duplicate SFDC contact record so that the IC is able to properly assign the meeting to the correct contact and account in our SFDC environment.
Currently this is only a feature that happens if a user is in multiple workspaces!

Ability to "correct" erroneous email submissions
We've been running into an issue where certain prospects are submitting their email address with a "+" at the end (i.e. johndoe@gmail.com+), causing errors with Salesforce event creation (as SFDC does not allow incorrect email addresses and automatically corrects them). It would be great if we could utilize ChiliPiper to "correct" these submissions after the fact, so that ChiliPiper does not error out when trying to create the event.

Switch from 'insert availability' to 'book a meeting' in same UI
We would like to be able to utilize the extension to pull in the attendee names from an email then use that information to directly book a meeting. It would be beneficial to switch back and forth from the ability to insert availability to book a meeting as needed in the same workflow.

Single Day Scheduling view
It would be great to be able to see a single day view when trying to book with multiple reps. This can make it easier to work with reps who have jam packed schedules.

Block Scheduler when contacts are not in Salesforce
Right now Instant Booker shows a red X if one or more guests are not in Salesforce. Sometimes my reps forget to click on it and relate these new prospects to the right account. When they ultimately book a meeting with this person who isn't in Salesforce, it wrecks havoc on downstream automations.I'd love to be able to globally block reps from being able to proceed until 100% of guests are in Salesforce as contacts related to an account (other companies might prefer leads so the requirements should be configurable)
