  1. If there is a third party booking a meeting and the wrong time zone is selected, you need to cancel the meeting and rebook. There should be a feature where if the incorrect time zone is selected, you are able to edit instead of rebooking. If the original host is not available, it moves to someone else or doesn't allow you to rebook.

  2. When using the my personal page link (in LinkedIn for example), the preview contains some ad copy for Chili Piper.

    I'm wondering if we can tone down the use of the word "prospects" in that preview since some of the contacts we make are soft approaches where we don't want to appear immediately sales-y. (Personally, I wouldn't click on a schedule link that was about prospecting if I wasn't in sales).

    Instead of "route your prospects through Chili Piper" can we just do "Route your meetings through Chili Piper"?

  3. I’d love the ability to search for existing contacts in our CRM directly within the Chili Piper ‘Invite a Guest’ field. This would eliminate the need to type out the full email or switch to my email client to copy and paste, streamlining the invitation process.

  5. Reaching host booking limit is not used when showing meeting availability. So often, Chili PIper will show a meeting as available. Prospect then clicks on meeting to book and then gets a page back saying that it is "unavailable". It's a bad user experience. Some users might click on the "Find another time" button while others might not due to being unaware of the button or through frustration.

    We also want to keep the limit at 10 to have balance on focus and don't want to move to unlimited bookings as we don't want AEs spending a lot of time…

  6. When using the Reassign function(SDR holds handoff, AE holds IB) - remove SDR as organizer of calendar event & make AE organizer of both calendar event and zoom link so that the SDR does not appear on the confirmed meeting.

  8. It would be nice to toggle on/off on a queue by queue basis for these handoff routers that funnel to queues. Some teams are hoping for more control of their teams' schedules.

  9. Currently when prospects reschedule a meeting, the meeting is not accepted automatically unlike when they first book. This causes friction and confusion for the prospect and they often miss meetings or wonder when a meeting will be.

  10. Right now users can have a single (1) booking for a given time slot (ex: 11am) or multiple (8) bookings.

    There is no option to edit/limit multiple bookings to more/less than 8.

    Ex: I want to be able to just double (2) book a timeslot.

  11. Prevent meetings from being scheduled for “the morrow morning” if the client is selecting the meeting time in the evening (let’s say no later than 6pm) prior.

    The minimum scheduling notice (MSN) is not sufficient for CP users who are meeting with people from distant time zones.

    I am based on the east coast of the US. If I set my MSN to 4 hours, then someone in Europe (at 9am their time, 3 am my time) can schedule a meeting with me for 8am my time (2pm their time) while I'm still asleep. This is inconvenient.

  12. Currently, Host booking limits are taken into account when someone attempts to reschedule their meeting.

    This shouldn't be the case as the meeting is being moved to a different time (and thus not adding to the number of meetings booked).

  13. It would be great to be able to connect multiple meeting queues to a meeting type. The example use-case is that I want to send an invite out for a meeting that goes to a global audience, but depending on where they are located, I want to let them choose if they want to pick a time for a EMEA timezone friendly call (so this link would go to the EMEA team's link) or APAC or North America.

  15. Right now Instant Booker shows a red X if one or more guests are not in Salesforce. Sometimes my reps forget to click on it and relate these new prospects to the right account. When they ultimately book a meeting with this person who isn't in Salesforce, it wrecks havoc on downstream automations.I'd love to be able to globally block reps from being able to proceed until 100% of guests are in Salesforce as contacts related to an account (other companies might prefer leads so the requirements should be configurable)

  16. Request the confirmation screen after a booking is completed in Instant Booker to display the date/time and calendar the event was successfully booked into. In our previous tool, the ICs would keep the booking confirmation screen tab to easily open to copy and paste the next scheduled event into in their follow up email to customers. Current workaround is writing it down before finalizing booking elsewhere or locating it in SFDC after the fact. Open to hearing other ideas to accomplish the IC's goal in the meantime :)

  17. When rescheduling an event, all personalized data for the call is erased and the call data goes back to it's standard messaging. I would love for rescheduling through Chili Piper to not overwrite what has been manually added or changed on the event through Google Calendar.

  18. Including a waitlist feature, we have some teams that are using Chili Piper and have very busy calendars. There are times where a prospect might want a meeting time earlier than what is currently listed as available so it'd be nice if there was a way to have some sort of waitlist notification for certain times or days for availability to open up in case of any cancellations or other meeting slot openings

  19. Right now ChiliCal displays events that are set as busy or free but we cannot differentiate it in the UI. It would be good to have a flag for free events for example to make it visible for the end user.

  20. Combine the "Email" and "Invite Additional Guests" fields into one field on the meeting scheduling form so that a customer can copy paste all meeting guests email addresses into one field. Have the addresses separated out after ".com" ".org" ".gov" etc.
