  1. I want to be able to generate a one-time use booking link for meeting queues so that we can leverage the group/round-robin scheduling while still limiting customers to one meeting booked per link.

  2. It would be nice to toggle on/off on a queue by queue basis for these handoff routers that funnel to queues. Some teams are hoping for more control of their teams' schedules.

  3. Right now users can have a single (1) booking for a given time slot (ex: 11am) or multiple (8) bookings.

There is no option to edit/limit multiple bookings to more/less than 8.

Ex: I want to be able to just double (2) book a timeslot.

  4. Right now, there is no option to create an external label for meeting types - they automatically use the internal name.

This is difficult to manage: I want to be able to easily keep track of which meeting is which internally.

At the same time, I don't want prospects to see "30 minute meeting - internal label" when they select a meeting type or in the booker URL.

Therefore, it would be brilliant if meeting types could have a different internal name and external label.

    Thank you.

  5. I'd like to insert a dynamic tag in the subject line of the invite - it just identifies the time and timezone. Those sales folks who are scheduling meetings in places outside their time zone, and the lead who may be traveling to a different time zone, it just reminds them, while the meeting is in their current timezone, once they are at the event, it will appear in the new timezone clearly.
THis is mostly for tradeshow events.

  6. Prevent meetings from being scheduled for “the morrow morning” if the client is selecting the meeting time in the evening (let’s say no later than 6pm) prior.

The minimum scheduling notice (MSN) is not sufficient for CP users who are meeting with people from distant time zones.

I am based on the east coast of the US. If I set my MSN to 4 hours, then someone in Europe (at 9am their time, 3 am my time) can schedule a meeting with me for 8am my time (2pm their time) while I'm still asleep. This is inconvenient.

    If I increase…

  7. Currently, Host booking limits are taken into account when someone attempts to reschedule their meeting.

This shouldn't be the case as the meeting is being moved to a different time (and thus not adding to the number of meetings booked).

  8. It would be great to be able to connect multiple meeting queues to a meeting type. The example use-case is that I want to send an invite out for a meeting that goes to a global audience, but depending on where they are located, I want to let them choose if they want to pick a time for a EMEA timezone friendly call (so this link would go to the EMEA team's link) or APAC or North America.

  10. Right now Instant Booker shows a red X if one or more guests are not in Salesforce. Sometimes my reps forget to click on it and relate these new prospects to the right account. When they ultimately book a meeting with this person who isn't in Salesforce, it wrecks havoc on downstream automations.I'd love to be able to globally block reps from being able to proceed until 100% of guests are in Salesforce as contacts related to an account (other companies might prefer leads so the requirements should be configurable)

  11. Request the confirmation screen after a booking is completed in Instant Booker to display the date/time and calendar the event was successfully booked into. In our previous tool, the ICs would keep the booking confirmation screen tab to easily open to copy and paste the next scheduled event into in their follow up email to customers. Current workaround is writing it down before finalizing booking elsewhere or locating it in SFDC after the fact. Open to hearing other ideas to accomplish the IC's goal in the meantime :)

  12. Hi

I was just made aware that ChiliCal can do suggested Timezones when booking a meeting but it's based on the customer info being in Clearbit. It seems like there should be a way to do so using timezone in our CRM. We keep track of Timezone based on the address information we have in our CRM so it seems like we should be able to map that to the timezones in ChiliCal?

  13. Sometimes there are pieces of information that admins want to require the Booker to fill out before scheduling a call. This is to ensure the calendar invites have the necessary information and the Booker has done their needed homework. This would be information that wouldn't/couldn't be pulled from Salesforce using a normal dynamic tag.

  14. Would be great to be able to offer users of my ChiliCal meeting links multiple duration options in a single booking link.

An add-on to this is setting one of the links as the default.

  15. Ability to hide normal booking links and ensure reps only use single booking links, so that customers do not abuse links.

  16. Meeting buffers are only shown (if enabled) once a time slot has been selected. This is problematic when booking for others if the booker is not aware of the buffers on each meeting type. They can end up picking what appears to be a suitable slot only to find there's a buffer enabled and therefore having to pick a new slot or suggest alternatives if doing so live on a call with a prospect/customer.

  17. When using the my personal page link (in LinkedIn for example), the preview contains some ad copy for Chili Piper.

I'm wondering if we can tone down the use of the word "prospects" in that preview since some of the contacts we make are soft approaches where we don't want to appear immediately sales-y. (Personally, I wouldn't click on a schedule link that was about prospecting if I wasn't in sales).

Instead of "route your prospects through Chili Piper" can we just do "Route your meetings through Chili Piper"?

  18. The Personal Page does not follow the brand guidelines as setup main panel.

This prevents us from broadly using the Personal Page company wide.

Brand guidelines are followed in booking links.

  19. If someone is added to the meeting, it would be great if the host would get a notification regarding the addition and be able to see them on the calendar invite.

  20. Group Link: Use case is a SDR wants to provide a booking link that looks at the SDR and their AE's calendar for open slots.

    1) Allow users to create Group Links vs just admins or build into the role permissions
    2) Allow to share the Group Link to an individual user or users. Right now it has to be shared to the Workspace or a Team. In the use case above, the Group Link is shared to the entire SDR team. The entire SDR team now sees all the Group Link booking links when they only need their own.…
