  1. It would be great to be able to set a default country code for a mobile number on the booking form. All my customers are based in the UK, but the area code defaults to the US. It leaves a lot of room for human error and is an extra unnecessary click!

  2. Hi

    I was just made aware that ChiliCal can do suggested Timezones when booking a meeting but it's based on the customer info being in Clearbit. It seems like there should be a way to do so using timezone in our CRM. We keep track of Timezone based on the address information we have in our CRM so it seems like we should be able to map that to the timezones in ChiliCal?

  3. Sometimes there are pieces of information that admins want to require the Booker to fill out before scheduling a call. This is to ensure the calendar invites have the necessary information and the Booker has done their needed homework. This would be information that wouldn't/couldn't be pulled from Salesforce using a normal dynamic tag.

  4. Meeting buffers are only shown (if enabled) once a time slot has been selected. This is problematic when booking for others if the booker is not aware of the buffers on each meeting type. They can end up picking what appears to be a suitable slot only to find there's a buffer enabled and therefore having to pick a new slot or suggest alternatives if doing so live on a call with a prospect/customer.

  5. If someone is added to the meeting, it would be great if the host would get a notification regarding the addition and be able to see them on the calendar invite.

  6. Group Link: Use case is a SDR wants to provide a booking link that looks at the SDR and their AE's calendar for open slots.

    1) Allow users to create Group Links vs just admins or build into the role permissions
    2) Allow to share the Group Link to an individual user or users. Right now it has to be shared to the Workspace or a Team. In the use case above, the Group Link is shared to the entire SDR team. The entire SDR team now sees all the Group Link booking links when they only need their own.…

  7. Can you please lock the scroll bar on the bottom of the screen for the reports section.

    Currently if I want to scroll to the right to see more columns, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page, scroll right, scroll up, and then continue to look.

    I typically lose the information I need on the left to go back and check I am looking at the right thing, it's not very user friendly.

  8. Every time I send available times in an email, I'd have to let them know that all they have to do is click directly on one of the orange boxes.

    It'd be great if this piece instruction was embedded as a subtext(similar to "view full Calendar Link")

We'd like to extend the use of CP to our CS/Growth teams but only if we can give customers one landing page (instead of multiple links) that has all of the different call types available to them and then the option to choose who they book with or a round-robin if they don't mind. Similar to personal pages but for the entire post-sales teams.

  13. When SDRs are scheduling meetings for AEs through CP Instant Booker, it would be beneficial to visually differentiate meetings for different products by color. This would help us balance AEs' calendars when booking meetings for various products.

  15. New feature in Outlook archives calendar events older than a year. This does not delete the calendar events but moves it to a different calendar called Archives. With our ChiliPiper integration, this auto marks the events in Salesforce to be Cancelled and Not Held which is untrue and messes with our historical data.

Currently Chilipiper supports sending unique reminders to attendees if they do not RSVP for their scheduled meeting, but it does not include branching logic that ensures the attendees will only recieve one type of reminder. As a result, if an attendee does not RSVP for their meeting, they can receive the general reminder messages AND reminder messages unique to those that don't RSVP. There would be benefit to providing branching logic to allow users to control that.

  17. When a CP event is being sent, this is automatically accepted in the reps calendar and the prospects.

    If the prospects later on rejects the meeting, there is no way to recognize this one as a canceled event unless the rep deletes the meeting from the calendar

    For data consistency, it would be nice to be able to recognize these meetings (prospect reject = True)

  18. Meeting types have the users weighted where you can have multiple queues which will allow for all departments to use the queue. This way your demo won't be assigned to an SDR and your qualification call won't be assigned to an AE

  19. The guest attended button (that tracks no shows) does track completed calls if you toggle off and then on again. But, that's not clear in documentation and since the button is automatically toggled to attended, you would assume that the meeting status has been tracked as completed already. Since the button basically does 3 things (scheduled, no show, completed), it would be more helpful to have an option that supports that. A checkbox, dropdown, etc. We desperately need the completed status for accurate reporting, right now all of our completed calls are stuck in scheduled.

  20. Currently when a meeting is scheduled there is only a confirmation sent via email to the customer. It would be very useful to also be able to send an SMS confirmation with the time of the meeting right after booking, especially for clients booking in-person meetings.
