  1. Currently, Host booking limits are taken into account when someone attempts to reschedule their meeting.

    This shouldn't be the case as the meeting is being moved to a different time (and thus not adding to the number of meetings booked).

  2. It would be great to be able to connect multiple meeting queues to a meeting type. The example use-case is that I want to send an invite out for a meeting that goes to a global audience, but depending on where they are located, I want to let them choose if they want to pick a time for a EMEA timezone friendly call (so this link would go to the EMEA team's link) or APAC or North America.

  4. Right now Instant Booker shows a red X if one or more guests are not in Salesforce. Sometimes my reps forget to click on it and relate these new prospects to the right account. When they ultimately book a meeting with this person who isn't in Salesforce, it wrecks havoc on downstream automations.I'd love to be able to globally block reps from being able to proceed until 100% of guests are in Salesforce as contacts related to an account (other companies might prefer leads so the requirements should be configurable)

  5. Request the confirmation screen after a booking is completed in Instant Booker to display the date/time and calendar the event was successfully booked into. In our previous tool, the ICs would keep the booking confirmation screen tab to easily open to copy and paste the next scheduled event into in their follow up email to customers. Current workaround is writing it down before finalizing booking elsewhere or locating it in SFDC after the fact. Open to hearing other ideas to accomplish the IC's goal in the meantime :)

  6. It would be useful for customers to be able to book meetings from the Contact Role list in Opportunities. It would save them a click from having to open up the Contact record to then book a meeting.

  7. The solution published for adding a No Show button to Salesforce sounds great, but it's a horrible user experience when the End User clicks it and sees a non-formatted window open up with what looks like HTML and a mistake

    All of my users reported this today being confused so it would be much better if a message appeared inside of Salesforce showing a Confirmation that it was completed successfully

  10. there is not an easy way to mark calls as a no-show in Gong using the Chili Cal Chrome Extension. This is very important for both Booker and Host to do.

    Today you have to select the specific event that you want to mark, so the main ways are from Google Calendar, your Chili Piper calendar in your account, or via a custom button on the Salesforce event.

    Can you please add Chili Piper calendars into the Chrome extension to speed up the process of tracking No Shows, and Rescheduling events on live calls?

  13. The Chili Bot Slack app should also notify the Booker when a meeting is scheduled, rescheduled or canceled. This is critical for both the Booker & Host to be on the same page about meetings scheduled with Chili Piper so our customers have a seamless experience with our company.

  14. When rescheduling an event, all personalized data for the call is erased and the call data goes back to it's standard messaging. I would love for rescheduling through Chili Piper to not overwrite what has been manually added or changed on the event through Google Calendar.

  15. Including a waitlist feature, we have some teams that are using Chili Piper and have very busy calendars. There are times where a prospect might want a meeting time earlier than what is currently listed as available so it'd be nice if there was a way to have some sort of waitlist notification for certain times or days for availability to open up in case of any cancellations or other meeting slot openings

  16. Combine the "Email" and "Invite Additional Guests" fields into one field on the meeting scheduling form so that a customer can copy paste all meeting guests email addresses into one field. Have the addresses separated out after ".com" ".org" ".gov" etc.

  18. Group Link: Use case is a SDR wants to provide a booking link that looks at the SDR and their AE's calendar for open slots.

    1) Allow users to create Group Links vs just admins or build into the role permissions
    2) Allow to share the Group Link to an individual user or users. Right now it has to be shared to the Workspace or a Team. In the use case above, the Group Link is shared to the entire SDR team. The entire SDR team now sees all the Group Link booking links when they only need their own.…

  19. Can you please lock the scroll bar on the bottom of the screen for the reports section.

    Currently if I want to scroll to the right to see more columns, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page, scroll right, scroll up, and then continue to look.

    I typically lose the information I need on the left to go back and check I am looking at the right thing, it's not very user friendly.

  20. Every time I send available times in an email, I'd have to let them know that all they have to do is click directly on one of the orange boxes.

    It'd be great if this piece instruction was embedded as a subtext(similar to "view full Calendar Link")
