  6. Want the ability to add preexisting user settings for new members during onboarding quickly. That could be by coping another user's settings or specifying settings, saving it as a role, and then I can assign a user that role. That way they are added to the right workspaces, queues, settings, etc.

  8. Right now, only certain users using concierge receive error notifications. The default booker and the create by user on a router.

    It would be a huge value-add to be able to select multiple users to receive these error notifications, esepcially if say, someone were to leave the office so as not to create a silo.

  10. When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

    We don't need this for every meeting type, but we do need to be able to cc or notify others internally that a demo was booked with X salesperson. Receiving an instant notification via email (just like the meeting confirmation email for the meeting guest and assignee) would…

  12. When we open Instant Booker from the extension itself, even if we select a language that is not English, the text " Click here to book meeting" is always generated in English, so this feature request is to translate this when we have a different language.

  14. Now that Admins can create Custom Schedules for users, it would be fantastic if we could create Custom Schedules and assign them to multiple people/groups at once. Perhaps make the Custom Schedule reside at the Workspace level?

  15. I'd like to be able to apply our corporate branding to all external interfaces, including Personal Pages and Personal Booking Links, not just inside a particular workspace. Currently we have to keep reminding our users to never send out their personal booking links because of the visual disconnect from our corporate branding.

Chili Piper only allows to reassign a meeting when it's part of a Queue, but sometimes we need to reassign meetings booked through Personal Links and we need to do that manually in G-Calendar and Salesforce. Ideally we would like to have the option to reassign meeting to all meetings booked through Chili Piper

  18. It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.

    For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.

  19. Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.

  20. Toast purchases large quantities of licenses frequently (Currently upwards of 1,200) acquiring and new seats and onboarding at a monthly basis, but each team that uses Chili Piper has a different budget and are purchasing quantities for themselves separately. When new seats are loaded in the app, there's no way to see "sales has 10 licenses, account mangaement has 20, Customer Success has 30" and they find it difficult to manage and track how many each team can utilize. Would be beneficial in enterprise space to allocate for each team and watch and track the totals
