  2. Update SMS response operational emails from Chili Piper to include name and/or company name in subject line + what action. Teams don't identify their guests/attendees by phone number and may have multiple meetings with the guest - it all adds in extra lookup steps. Adding in company name or guests' name + meeting type to the email notification that Chili Piper sends will notify them of the client and meeting more efficiently. Instead of ""New Message from [number]"" > ""[Action] message from [Name at Company, Number] for [Meeting Type]""

  4. If SF fails to update for whatever reason, it'd be great to have a notification to the impacted assignee to manually update the record, or create a way for Super Admins to export these errors en masse.

  10. Currently the ability to reset Round Robin Fairness calculation resides in the Workspace settings. It would be fantastic if you could set an override on individual queues to make the reset happen more frequently, or less.

  15. When you are in the dashboard, go to an event, if you click reassign in any queue, the list of reps isn't sorted by priority, so you don't know who the next rep in the queue is available at that timeslot.

  18. If you remove a rule from the queue but don't adjust logic, it's likely that all logic is thrown and leads could get incorrectly disqualified or qualified. Add a warning sign or window when a rule is removed to check logic and adjust.

  19. I think it's great that users are able to create personal pages; however, if we add company-wide meeting types, we have to be able to find these Personal Pages and potentially mass-update them with new Bookings.
