  1. Currently the {!CP.Meeting.Time} dynamic tag is not available in Meeting Types. You can manually type it in to get it to work, but when the meeting is rescheduled the text for the time doesn't change from the original time. This would be very useful for giving customers more clarity on when their meeting is scheduled for, especially for scheduling in-person meetings.

  2. I'd like to be able to apply our corporate branding to all external interfaces, including Personal Pages and Personal Booking Links, not just inside a particular workspace. Currently we have to keep reminding our users to never send out their personal booking links because of the visual disconnect from our corporate branding.

  3. We only use Chili Piper for inbound sales inquiries, but our form accommodates support requests. These are disqualified in our Meeting Queues, but if the contact is owned in Salesforce our AEs are getting notified, which is causing confusion. We want to be able to send Did Not Book notifications only when the contact chose not to book, not when they are disqualified.

  4. Currently, the "Add additional guests to the scheduled Event in Salesforce (Salesforce will create a child meeting for each guest)" only adds events for internal users, not necessarily creating child events on the external guest timeline.

    WS would like to be able to set that each guest on an invitation has a child event created on their record from within CP.

  5. There is a Critical Accessibility conformance issue with the Chili Piper scheduler modal where the Close ("X") button does not have an accessible name. See WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 4.1.2.

    Adding an aria-label="Close" (or some other descriptive text) should resolve this issue.

  6. Preference would be to allow admins to choose if they'd like to hide or enable "availability for all" for handoff.

    It allows admins to ensure that users are scheduling for the next up, instead of overriding.

  9. Show the meeting titles/names in Instant Booker so you don't have to look in GCal or Outreach. This would be helpful for BDR's that are trying to schedule on behalf of an AE when the calendar is full and they need to see if there is a meeting type that they can book over.

  10. Within CP it’s relatively easy for us to reassign a meeting to a new owner in the same queue, or to a new owner in a new queue. However, we can’t reassign a meeting to the same owner in a new queue (even if the rep is in both queues).

    This means when a rep books via the wrong queue, we either have to reassign the meeting to a new owner (which isn’t the best customer experience) or manually recalibrate multiple queues. We then also need to update the event data in our CRM to ensure our reporting is accurate

  11. When adding multiple meeting types to your personal page, the list of Meeting Types across workspaces gets very long and difficult to manage. Being able to use a dropdown to view meeting types by workspace rather than in one long list would be an improvement.

Chili Piper only allows to reassign a meeting when it's part of a Queue, but sometimes we need to reassign meetings booked through Personal Links and we need to do that manually in G-Calendar and Salesforce. Ideally we would like to have the option to reassign meeting to all meetings booked through Chili Piper

When doing audits of which user is assigned to which queue, it would be extremely helpful and a major time-saver if I could export a sheet of all queues (ideally see which are active vs. inactive) and then have a column that shows the names of any and all users who are assigned to that queue. Currently I have to click into each queue separately and scroll down to see who is assigned...

  16. When using Chili Piper router links or queue links, Chili Piper utilizes the forms built in Chili Piper, which reference the CRM fields that the form is mapped to. Many of those forms have picklists. Currently, there are no way to edit those picklists in-app. There are situations in which editing those picklists in-app would prove valuable. For example, with an outbound campaign, it could be useful to edit a "Country" picklist to only include the relevant countries to which the campaign is targeted.

    So the ask is simply the ability to edit the picklists for CRM-referenced fields in forms…

  17. SDR's are commissioned for attended meetings. They are desintivized to mark as a no-show, and it would be better for the Podium team if they could chance a setting where all meetings were assumed no-show until marked, which prompts the team to properly mark meetings! More below -

  19. IDC is using IB to have CSMs book on behalf of analysts. Analysts were at one point in time in SDFC, but no longer are.

    They are then manually provisioned a licenses via an invite link, but then the user table refreshes > sees that one of the analysts was in SFDC at one point in time > then removes them from the user table because they are technically "deactivated" in SFDC. Allowing admins to choose whether or not they can show deactivated users would prevent this issue.

  20. Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.
