  1. Right now, only certain users using concierge receive error notifications. The default booker and the create by user on a router.

    It would be a huge value-add to be able to select multiple users to receive these error notifications, esepcially if say, someone were to leave the office so as not to create a silo.

  2. Every time a rep goes to the log in page, even if already logged in in another tab, they are prompted to log in again. It'd be nice for CP to read whether the user is already credentialed and then move them straight to their home page.

  7. At this moment it is not possible to filter the meetings in the dashboard by Accounts and having this possibility would help our customers to achieve their report goals and to track the necessary information related to each account individually.

  9. At the moment, if you go to your dashboard in "my workspace" you can see only the meetings that are assigned to you.

    It is very common that bookers book for other people and they want to track those meetings they booked in the dashboard. It would be helpful to have those meetings you booked (but are not assigned to you) in the dashboard so you can track.

  10. Some customers have coaching or advisor type sessions and they thought it would be valuable to collect CC info before the call. This helps ensure clients show up and their time is not wasted.

  11. When a prospect selects a different time zone than the one presented to them, this is not recorded anywhere except in our database.

    It was suggested to me that we should store this time zone as a field in the CRM Event record as a custom field, or otherwise make it available as a dynamic tag to embed there.

  12. Chili Piper is set it and forget it, but sometimes when new reps join they are in a queue but getting a lot less meetings than the others. When the admin is aware of that, he can train them on how to maintain a good calendar hygiene. I also prevents loosing prospects when a queue is made by one only prospect.

  14. It is helpful to know if the prospect that booked a meeting does not receive the calendar invite email. Could this information either be made available within the dashboard or prospect reports or via an email notification to the assignee and admin?

  15. Now that Admins can create Custom Schedules for users, it would be fantastic if we could create Custom Schedules and assign them to multiple people/groups at once. Perhaps make the Custom Schedule reside at the Workspace level?

  16. I'd like to be able to apply our corporate branding to all external interfaces, including Personal Pages and Personal Booking Links, not just inside a particular workspace. Currently we have to keep reminding our users to never send out their personal booking links because of the visual disconnect from our corporate branding.

  17. We only use Chili Piper for inbound sales inquiries, but our form accommodates support requests. These are disqualified in our Meeting Queues, but if the contact is owned in Salesforce our AEs are getting notified, which is causing confusion. We want to be able to send Did Not Book notifications only when the contact chose not to book, not when they are disqualified.

  18. Currently, the "Add additional guests to the scheduled Event in Salesforce (Salesforce will create a child meeting for each guest)" only adds events for internal users, not necessarily creating child events on the external guest timeline.

    WS would like to be able to set that each guest on an invitation has a child event created on their record from within CP.

  19. There is a Critical Accessibility conformance issue with the Chili Piper scheduler modal where the Close ("X") button does not have an accessible name. See WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 4.1.2.

    Adding an aria-label="Close" (or some other descriptive text) should resolve this issue.

  20. Preference would be to allow admins to choose if they'd like to hide or enable "availability for all" for handoff.

    It allows admins to ensure that users are scheduling for the next up, instead of overriding.
