Customize Meeting Buffer Color on Google Calendar
Users should be able to change the color of the "Meeting Buffer" event once it's created in Google Calendar. Currently, the only way of doing this is manually changing the color on Google's end and by default, it's colored as "Graphite".
How it works:
Create an additional parameter for the meeting buffer settings where you can set the color to a different one. Once the buffer is created on Google then the color is automatically changed based on the settings.1 vote -
Change prospect booking limit display text
Prospect booking limit screen to change from "Please visit your original confirmation email if you'd like to reschedule your meeting for a different time/.day" to a more relatable text on why they can't book.

Logic to prevent Distro from routing leads that booked via Concierge
If a client is using both Concierge and Distro, and using Distro to route leads, it'd be great if there was logic built into Distro to prevent prospects who booked from being rerouted. This would be instead of having to configure Distro to have an additional record evaluation of not running if booking status = not booked (or meeting type is blank).

Provide booking/calendar prior to form fill for Catch-All queues
'I think as a customer it would making it more clear that they are booking an appointment v.s. just going through some sort of spam lead capture.
In the solar industry, lead originators are a big thing and customers know that if they fill out a form, most of their information gets sold off to other companies.
We want to show them that they are really booking an appointment, and the data capture is after they select a time.'

Allow users/admin to enable/disable Distro notification whether they are assigned as owners.

Display SF User Name in addition to FN/LN & Email in User List
Often times, particularly for admins, there are multiple Users in SF with the same email address, but with different user names. Displaying SF user name in addition to Email & FN/LN would be helpful

Manager Profile Permissions
I'd like to be able to assign a user "Manager" permissions in Chili Piper to be able to add/remove users to and from queues, adjust weights, and view/edit calibration. I would like to be able to assign these permissions per a queue, but not make this user a workspace admin.

Sorting Queues/Templates/Reminders/Routers
I have lots and lots of queues and templates in my Chili Piper workspace. Searching for the right queue or template can take a while and I always CTRL + F and then search. Would be awesome if I had a way to sort, based on name, active/inactive, type, or # of Assignees in the queue for usability purposes.

Web layout
The fact that I had to look up how to integrate zoom with chili piper in google is a testament to how poorly the UI is designed. I naturally assumed it was the 4 squares icon on the top left. Instead user settings are on the bottom left.

Clearer wording on email sent when prospect email is incorrect
There's been some cases when the prospect misspells their email address and uses an incorrect format (e.g. example.@gmail). In those cases, we send an email like this: "First Last booked a meeting at 07:15 PM EEST on Wed, Sep 11th but the meeting was not created in your calendar.It looks like the calendar was not available at that time. Alert when Slack gets disconnected
I'd like to be able to get alerted whenever the integration between Chili and Slack get a disconnection so we can act quickly to re-configure the integration and avoid losing any alerts.

Ability to set org-level holidays
Ability to add in holidays within the Inbound Routers or even within the queues or workspaces. What I mean by this is a way to mark specific days as 100% no one can book. In the DE screenshot below, I can say everyone is OOO per Distribution Team on specific Days. It would be awesome to be able to do this in Chili Piper too. Group users by function for easy queue member mgmt
I'd like for AEs to be a group, SDRs to be a group, etc. So that I can manage all the different queues and their membership more easily.

Bulk turn off personal reminders
Some teams use reminders from outside systems. Being able to bulk turn off personal reminders rather than to have to turn it off on an individual basis would be a lot more time-efficient.

Allow Admin to Set Available Timezones
Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

Assign reps to queues at the rep level
If I have 1 AE who needs to be assigned to 4 different queues I have to select queue 1, add the AE. Select queue 2, add the AE. Select queue 3, add the AE. It would be easier if I could go into the AE's profile and add queue 1, queue 2, queue 3, etc.
