Reassignment - Sort list of reps based on priority
When you are in the dashboard, go to an event, if you click reassign in any queue, the list of reps isn't sorted by priority, so you don't know who the next rep in the queue is available at that timeslot.

Warning sign to adjust logic when a rule is removed
If you remove a rule from the queue but don't adjust logic, it's likely that all logic is thrown and leads could get incorrectly disqualified or qualified. Add a warning sign or window when a rule is removed to check logic and adjust.

I think it's great that users are able to create personal pages; however, if we add company-wide meeting types, we have to be able to find these Personal Pages and potentially mass-update them with new Bookings.

Ability for admins to manage hours, calendar events, and integrations for all users
I would like an admin to be able to create calendar events for individuals, change their available hours, create integrations for them, etc. Why? If a single admin can create an org-wide template for each AE's account, and cookie-cutter copy and paste that to each AE as the admin sees fit, then we would not have the need for a n AE to configure their own account and possibly introduce inconsistencies/errors in config

Timezone selection doesn't include (daylight/no daylight savings)
Currently, when the prospect has the ability to select a timezone, it displays both the standard and daylight savings versions of each timezone. It would be beneficial if Chili Piper only showed one selection for each timezone and applied daylight savings adjustments as necessary automatically.

Localize Reminder "From" email
I would like to be able to translate the From Name on Reminder emails to create a better experience for Spanish speakers, and ultimately users speaking other languages as well.
Context: I'm working on creating Meeting Types and a Queue translated to Spanish as we'll soon launch a Spanish speaking arm of our Sales Team. I've got all of the calendar invite and reminder invite subjects/contents translated to Spanish, but I learned today that the "From" name listed on reminder emails displays as Reminder and that this isn't currently able to be translated to Spanish (or other languages). Customize Meeting Buffer Color on Google Calendar
Users should be able to change the color of the "Meeting Buffer" event once it's created in Google Calendar. Currently, the only way of doing this is manually changing the color on Google's end and by default, it's colored as "Graphite".
How it works:
Create an additional parameter for the meeting buffer settings where you can set the color to a different one. Once the buffer is created on Google then the color is automatically changed based on the settings.1 vote -

Provide booking/calendar prior to form fill for Catch-All queues
'I think as a customer it would making it more clear that they are booking an appointment v.s. just going through some sort of spam lead capture.
In the solar industry, lead originators are a big thing and customers know that if they fill out a form, most of their information gets sold off to other companies.
We want to show them that they are really booking an appointment, and the data capture is after they select a time.'

Ability to set org-level holidays
Ability to add in holidays within the Inbound Routers or even within the queues or workspaces. What I mean by this is a way to mark specific days as 100% no one can book. In the DE screenshot below, I can say everyone is OOO per Distribution Team on specific Days. It would be awesome to be able to do this in Chili Piper too.
