Customize Meeting Buffer Color on Google Calendar
Users should be able to change the color of the "Meeting Buffer" event once it's created in Google Calendar. Currently, the only way of doing this is manually changing the color on Google's end and by default, it's colored as "Graphite".
How it works:
Create an additional parameter for the meeting buffer settings where you can set the color to a different one. Once the buffer is created on Google then the color is automatically changed based on the settings.1 vote -

Prospect booking limit screen to change from "Please visit your original confirmation email if you'd like to reschedule your meeting for a different time/.day" to a more relatable text on why they can't book.

Provide booking/calendar prior to form fill for Catch-All queues
'I think as a customer it would making it more clear that they are booking an appointment v.s. just going through some sort of spam lead capture.
In the solar industry, lead originators are a big thing and customers know that if they fill out a form, most of their information gets sold off to other companies.
We want to show them that they are really booking an appointment, and the data capture is after they select a time.'

Sorting Meeting Types/Distributions/Reminders/Routers
I have lots and lots of queues and templates in my Chili Piper workspace. Searching for the right queue or template can take a while and I always CTRL + F and then search. Would be awesome if I had a way to sort, based on name, active/inactive, type, or # of Assignees in the queue for usability purposes.

Ability to set org-level holidays
Ability to add in holidays within the Inbound Routers or even within the queues or workspaces. What I mean by this is a way to mark specific days as 100% no one can book. In the DE screenshot below, I can say everyone is OOO per Distribution Team on specific Days. It would be awesome to be able to do this in Chili Piper too. Bulk remove users from teams
I am working on updating one of my larger Chili Piper queues. While doing this I have to remove everyone in it and it is quite time consuming. I am wondering if there was a way to mass move everyone in the queue at once. It would be nice to have a button or slide bar at the top that says “Remove everyone?” that you could toggle and it could still give you the warning, but it would be MUCH easier that going one by one. Allow Admin to Set Available Timezones
Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

Semi Admin Access for Managers
Create permission role for managers so they can view the settings and queue distribution, but can't edit it. They would see who is next in the rota and how the meetings are distributed.

Allow Reps to set their own meeting windows
We have some reps who want meetings only booked on the hour while others prefer 15 minute booking windows. In our global templates we have to choose one or the other – it'd be great if reps could have their own settings that we could set the global template to inherit.

Meeting buffers as individual user setting
Allowing individual users to determine the length of meeting buffer they need, if any at all, on their personal settings in tandem with their working hours. This would be helpful for admins to manage the requests from sales reps facing LA/NYC traffic versus Omaha traffic and not be the bottleneck by putting the onus on them to dictate their buffer time needs.

Additional Custom Fields for Users
There are additional custom fields I'd like to be able to add to a Booker/Assignee profile to that I can better personalize meeting reminders and meeting templates. For example, a link to a video they've created, a link to their about me page, their team name, etc.

Google Meeting acceptance
When booking a meeting in Chili Piper, the calendar invite automatically shows a person accepted. Having this function prevents users to know if someone really accepted a meeting or not and how is CP to know when to send a specific reminder to someone when they did not accept. We would like this feature turned off for google meet calendar invites.

Timezone
It would reduce confusion if both the attendee and assignee timezones were both available on the "New Event" email from chilipiper. One of my coworkers thought that they had an event booked well outside of their hours set in ChiliPiper.
