  3. Within CP it’s relatively easy for us to reassign a meeting to a new owner in the same queue, or to a new owner in a new queue. However, we can’t reassign a meeting to the same owner in a new queue (even if the rep is in both queues).

    This means when a rep books via the wrong queue, we either have to reassign the meeting to a new owner (which isn’t the best customer experience) or manually recalibrate multiple queues. We then also need to update the event data in our CRM to ensure our reporting is accurate

  4. When adding multiple meeting types to your personal page, the list of Meeting Types across workspaces gets very long and difficult to manage. Being able to use a dropdown to view meeting types by workspace rather than in one long list would be an improvement.

  5. Chili Piper only allows to reassign a meeting when it's part of a Queue, but sometimes we need to reassign meetings booked through Personal Links and we need to do that manually in G-Calendar and Salesforce. Ideally we would like to have the option to reassign meeting to all meetings booked through Chili Piper

  6. SDR's are commissioned for attended meetings. They are desintivized to mark as a no-show, and it would be better for the Podium team if they could chance a setting where all meetings were assumed no-show until marked, which prompts the team to properly mark meetings! More below -

  8. IDC is using IB to have CSMs book on behalf of analysts. Analysts were at one point in time in SDFC, but no longer are.

    They are then manually provisioned a licenses via an invite link, but then the user table refreshes > sees that one of the analysts was in SFDC at one point in time > then removes them from the user table because they are technically "deactivated" in SFDC. Allowing admins to choose whether or not they can show deactivated users would prevent this issue.

  9. Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.

Toast purchases large quantities of licenses frequently (Currently upwards of 1,200) acquiring and new seats and onboarding at a monthly basis, but each team that uses Chili Piper has a different budget and are purchasing quantities for themselves separately. When new seats are loaded in the app, there's no way to see "sales has 10 licenses, account mangaement has 20, Customer Success has 30" and they find it difficult to manage and track how many each team can utilize. Would be beneficial in enterprise space to allocate for each team and watch and track the totals

  11. The way it stands now, if a prospect tries to book within the Booking Limit time set, an error is displayed saying that they've already booked and should use the reschedule link.

    However, this also comes through as a meeting status of "Not Booked."

    I suggest that this scenario should not count as any form of meeting and be essentially disqualified from routing.

  13. Update SMS response operational emails from Chili Piper to include name and/or company name in subject line + what action. Teams don't identify their guests/attendees by phone number and may have multiple meetings with the guest - it all adds in extra lookup steps. Adding in company name or guests' name + meeting type to the email notification that Chili Piper sends will notify them of the client and meeting more efficiently. Instead of ""New Message from [number]"" > ""[Action] message from [Name at Company, Number] for [Meeting Type]""

  19. Today, when uploading a logo under Admin Center → Org details, it's possible to include a logo that will be squished when live.

    It'd be great to have this fool-proofed so that whatever size ratio of the uploaded logo is maintained where-ever it's placed
