Toast purchases large quantities of licenses frequently (Currently upwards of 1,200) acquiring and new seats and onboarding at a monthly basis, but each team that uses Chili Piper has a different budget and are purchasing quantities for themselves separately. When new seats are loaded in the app, there's no way to see "sales has 10 licenses, account mangaement has 20, Customer Success has 30" and they find it difficult to manage and track how many each team can utilize. Would be beneficial in enterprise space to allocate for each team and watch and track the totals

  2. The way it stands now, if a prospect tries to book within the Booking Limit time set, an error is displayed saying that they've already booked and should use the reschedule link.

    However, this also comes through as a meeting status of "Not Booked."

    I suggest that this scenario should not count as any form of meeting and be essentially disqualified from routing.

  4. Update SMS response operational emails from Chili Piper to include name and/or company name in subject line + what action. Teams don't identify their guests/attendees by phone number and may have multiple meetings with the guest - it all adds in extra lookup steps. Adding in company name or guests' name + meeting type to the email notification that Chili Piper sends will notify them of the client and meeting more efficiently. Instead of ""New Message from [number]"" > ""[Action] message from [Name at Company, Number] for [Meeting Type]""

  7. Forresters team has multiple assignees that meet with clients. They would live to give the client the opportunity to mark one of multiple assignees as optional with the goal of viewing more availability.

  9. I duplicate meetings often for my own use and for clients - Since I assumed all settings carried over, I assumed that reminders were also reattached, but they aren't. I have months of duplicated meetings w/ no reminders :) whoops. Submitting this feature request for reminders to also be carried over since all other settings are duplicated, it caught me off guard that reminders would not be attached identically to the duplicated meeting.

  11. Today, when uploading a logo under Admin Center → Org details, it's possible to include a logo that will be squished when live.

    It'd be great to have this fool-proofed so that whatever size ratio of the uploaded logo is maintained where-ever it's placed

  16. Currently the ability to reset Round Robin Fairness calculation resides in the Workspace settings. It would be fantastic if you could set an override on individual queues to make the reset happen more frequently, or less.

  17. It would be useful to have the Router Name pass via a webhook (i.e. the Zapier integration). Currently it is not available.

  18. The idea is to add a specific email address as a guest on all calendar invites. This way you can view all of the bookings for all of your sales reps on one calendar when viewing in Google Calendar, for example.
