Permission-based queue access
We have a lot of queues set up, but not everyone needs access to all the queues. Most people only book a few queues and seeing ALL of them at once makes things a little more complicated than they should be. I'd like it if only the queues a rep needs to book in were visible.

Semi Admin Access for Managers (no edit right)
Create permission role for managers so they can view the settings and queue distribution, but can't edit it. They would see who is next in the rota and how the meetings are distributed.

Allow Reps to set their own meeting windows
We have some reps who want meetings only booked on the hour while others prefer 15 minute booking windows. In our global templates we have to choose one or the other – it'd be great if reps could have their own settings that we could set the global template to inherit.

Meeting buffers as individual user setting
Allowing individual users to determine the length of meeting buffer they need, if any at all, on their personal settings in tandem with their working hours. This would be helpful for admins to manage the requests from sales reps facing LA/NYC traffic versus Omaha traffic and not be the bottleneck by putting the onus on them to dictate their buffer time needs.

Additional Custom Fields for Users
There are additional custom fields I'd like to be able to add to a Booker/Assignee profile to that I can better personalize meeting reminders and meeting templates. For example, a link to a video they've created, a link to their about me page, their team name, etc.

Stop opening the same tab when I right click on something.
You know that thing when you want to open a new tab(s) say all of your meeting types, so you right click blitz through all of them but the tab your on opens the same damn thing you're trying open in ANOTHER tab? Ya kill that : )If I right click on a thing, I want it to open to another tab and leave the tab I'm in alone.

Ability to Manage maximum number of bookings across different meeting types
It would be great if people that use multiple calendar types had the ability to limit the total number of meetings scheduled across each of those instead of just at the individual meeting type level

Google Meeting acceptance
When booking a meeting in Chili Piper, the calendar invite automatically shows a person accepted. Having this function prevents users to know if someone really accepted a meeting or not and how is CP to know when to send a specific reminder to someone when they did not accept. We would like this feature turned off for google meet calendar invites.

Timezone
It would reduce confusion if both the attendee and assignee timezones were both available on the "New Event" email from chilipiper. One of my coworkers thought that they had an event booked well outside of their hours set in ChiliPiper.

Clarify that the list of Inbound Routers is clickable
When at Workspace > Inbound Routers, people keep creating new routers because it is not visually clear that the text at the top of the page is a list of clickable link to edit any of the existing routers.

Global Admin Control
Global Admin control of all individual users features. Including customization of "my meeting" settings, advanced settings, meeting buffering, expiring reschedule links, switching off my meetings, adjusting reminders, etc.

Manually re-order queues
It would be amazing if we could manually rearrange queues in our queue lists. We have instances where a queue may qualify for more than 1 queue and it would allow us to mitigate user error if we could make one of our queues show up earlier in the list so it defaults to one during certain instances.

Visibility rules for workspace assets
Option to hide assets (particularly meeting types) on a per user basis even if they should be able to see everything else in the workspace. Main use case that surfaced this is ability to test meeting types' copy, subject lines, etc. and preventing reps outside of the pilot scope to accidentally use and muddy the data. Increasingly harder when you have a large sales team and no amount of training/enablement would prevent it from happening entirely.

Host booking limits by user
Id like for there to be customizable host booking limits (by user) within a specific meeting type. From a capacity management perspective this would reduce friction between meeting types and queues

Admin notifications when a meeting fails to sync to Salesforce
An operational email to the workspace admin(s), preferably customizable on per-admin basis since not all admins are operations admins, when a meeting has failed to sync to Salesforce after *# of tries (open to whatever number based on the retry cadence), much like when a meeting failed to be created in the user's calendar.

Warning sign when making an incorrect setting choice
Throw an error or a 'WARNING, this won't work' message when a customer tries to save a setting that won't actually work. One example being when trying to save a Lead routing rule with the AND logic to an account, as this is impossible. I'm sure there are are many more and we could work as a team to collaborate on where these may occur and a warning sign is relevant!

Ability to Deactivate My Workspace as Org Admin - Prevent users from creating or using personal templates
We've created standardized Meeting Types with approved customer correspondence in our Hot Workspaces, but users are still accidentally sending out their personal meeting type links instead which is creating a poor customer experience and affecting our data consistency. We can have them deactivate it themselves but it would be helpful to prevent these hiccups by having more control as an admin to disable these for everyone during user setup in the first place.

Date Format DD/MM/YYYY
Dates are currently shown in the American format, MM/DD/YYYY.This is not used universally, so I would like to have the option to choose the formatting to avoid confusions around booking dates.Options available should be:MM/DD/YYYYDD/MM/YYYYYYYY/MM/DD
