We have a large number of reps who are in the field and rely on their phones for all prospect communications, calendar bookings, etc. It would be helpful if there was a mobile optimized app/version of the Instant Booker that would allow them to easily book meetings on their calendar via Chili Piper similar to how they are using the gcal app today. This is a blocker for full adoption of Chili Piper within our organization.

  3. When the prospect invite is turned off, remove the "You will receive a meeting invite shortly" language from the booking success screen to avoid setting incorrect expectations with the booker.

  5. Would like ability to view (and possibly reassign) a users meetings that were booked through a personal built template and not a part of a workspace meeting templates. Reason being, an employee was unexpectedly out due to a tornado and had 6 meetings where they used personal templates, booked over two days and no way to get online to adjust or cancel these. Would love for admin to be able to view this info so they can use reschedule link or even just view attendees and be able to email them, etc.

  6. Some of our account managers like to set the minimum scheduling notice to 1 day so that they have time to prepare for their meetings with our customers, but others don't mind having it set to the day of. This feature was available when we used Outreach to book meetings.

  7. It's frustrating that we have to give a user full administrative rights to view reports. If someone only needs reporting, they don't need the ability to every aspect of the product.

  8. Forrester would like the ability to quickly see a list of Assignees w/in a queues and their next availability to support identifying who doesn't have sufficient time available. Would prefer to take into account the meeting type as well to account for varying restrictions by date or by minimum or maximum scheduling settings.

  9. We have two different orgs using the same CP and SFDC Instance, each with their own workspaces and SFDC visibility. We'd like the ability to permanently assign workspaces for users in each org so that there is no crossover of workspaces.

  10. It would be lovely to not have to train reps on how to set their default calendar view in Instant Booker, and instead set it for them. In this case, our workflows are such that our team always needs to be seeing their own calendar by default and it's causing friction when the view is at the Team calendar level.

  12. Sales roles are typically high turnover roles. It's hard to plan and move quicker than CP so was hoping there was a way to re-assign a person who has left to one particular person until leads, contacts, and accounts have been updated to the new owner.

  14. I've had a couple of requests recently to automate adding and removing reps from queues based on certain conditions within SFDC (e.g. remove a rep from the RR if the number of open ops in their name >10 and add them back in when it's <10). I'm currently working with them to use Zapier and our API endpoints, however it would be awesome if we could do this natively in-app.

  15. If a calendar could not be loaded based on the email of the Default Booker, we are showing that there is no available time.My suggestion is that we should let the customers know that we could not load calendars based on the email of the default booker.

  16. Allow admins to create and lock a standard welcome message for all users within a particular group or workspace. Creates a branding feel for users who want to use this instead of a personal pages link.

In case if conference details, title, and availability/working hours are all set by CP admins for the whole team, the admin has to:1. enter Admin Panel - Users, where admin can set title, number, conference details,...2. enter Workspaces - Users (under Workspace Settings) and then enter specific user in order to set their availability.This makes the setup for admins time-consuming. I recommend that all settings that Admin is able to do for users, would be reachable from a single screen - from Admin Panel - Users.

  19. While creating a Workspace, Admin has the ability to choose emoji. This is however only visible for Admins. I suggest to make this emoji visible for All users in the Instant Booker. In case if customer has different workspace for sales teams in different countries, it makes it even easier for booker to choose the correct workspace (aside of the workspace name, booker will see the small emoji which could be set for the US or the EU flag for example). Right now, all workspaces has icon of the license next to it (flame for hot license etc.)
