  1. An operational email to the workspace admin(s), preferably customizable on per-admin basis since not all admins are operations admins, when a meeting has failed to sync to Salesforce after *# of tries (open to whatever number based on the retry cadence), much like when a meeting failed to be created in the user's calendar.

  2. This would allow us to make sure we're only maintaining the Meeting Types that are in use without having to click into each one, try to delete it, and then hit an error.

  3. Update SMS response operational emails from Chili Piper to include name and/or company name in subject line + what action. Teams don't identify their guests/attendees by phone number and may have multiple meetings with the guest - it all adds in extra lookup steps. Adding in company name or guests' name + meeting type to the email notification that Chili Piper sends will notify them of the client and meeting more efficiently. Instead of ""New Message from [number]"" > ""[Action] message from [Name at Company, Number] for [Meeting Type]""

  6. Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

  7. Throw an error or a 'WARNING, this won't work' message when a customer tries to save a setting that won't actually work. One example being when trying to save a Lead routing rule with the AND logic to an account, as this is impossible. I'm sure there are are many more and we could work as a team to collaborate on where these may occur and a warning sign is relevant!

  8. Forresters team has multiple assignees that meet with clients. They would live to give the client the opportunity to mark one of multiple assignees as optional with the goal of viewing more availability.

  12. IDC is using IB to have CSMs book on behalf of analysts. Analysts were at one point in time in SDFC, but no longer are.

    They are then manually provisioned a licenses via an invite link, but then the user table refreshes > sees that one of the analysts was in SFDC at one point in time > then removes them from the user table because they are technically "deactivated" in SFDC. Allowing admins to choose whether or not they can show deactivated users would prevent this issue.

  13. If I have 1 AE who needs to be assigned to 4 different queues I have to select queue 1, add the AE. Select queue 2, add the AE. Select queue 3, add the AE. It would be easier if I could go into the AE's profile and add queue 1, queue 2, queue 3, etc.

  14. When booking a meeting in Chili Piper, the calendar invite automatically shows a person accepted. Having this function prevents users to know if someone really accepted a meeting or not and how is CP to know when to send a specific reminder to someone when they did not accept. We would like this feature turned off for google meet calendar invites.

  15. When you are in the dashboard, go to an event, if you click reassign in any queue, the list of reps isn't sorted by priority, so you don't know who the next rep in the queue is available at that timeslot.

  17. The way it stands now, if a prospect tries to book within the Booking Limit time set, an error is displayed saying that they've already booked and should use the reschedule link.

    However, this also comes through as a meeting status of "Not Booked."

    I suggest that this scenario should not count as any form of meeting and be essentially disqualified from routing.

  18. If a client is using both Concierge and Distro, and using Distro to route leads, it'd be great if there was logic built into Distro to prevent prospects who booked from being rerouted. This would be instead of having to configure Distro to have an additional record evaluation of not running if booking status = not booked (or meeting type is blank).

  20. It would be useful to have the Router Name pass via a webhook (i.e. the Zapier integration). Currently it is not available.
