Reminder Option for Webhook or Hubspot Workflow
I would love to be able to use CP to fire off a webhook that I can catch with Zapier to engage a workflow in HS OR engage a workflow directly in HubSpot for a contact.
Essentially, instead of the reminder firing off an email through CP It would trigger the webhook or a HS workflow that does whatever I tell it to at the time of the reminder firing.
For me I would send a marketing email and SMS message. This would be triggered once per associated contact.

Make it possible to set the Salesforce record type
Lead Record Type and Account Record Type (RecordTypeId) are used to distinguish between different types of leads/accounts in our CRM. These fields aren't available for mapping or setting as hidden fields in Chili Piper. It would be very helpful to be able to set this on the lead, since we use CP for scheduling calls for different record types.

Do Not Delete Cancelled Meetings from Outlook Calendar
When a meeting is cancelled, do not delete it from the Outlook calendar. Insert (CANCELLED) in-front of Title and update from Busy to Free.

Dialpad & UberConference Integrations
Integrations with Dialpad/UberConference would be a killer feature. At the moment, the only way to set up a conference call is to share a permanent link through ChiliPiper. I'd prefer having unique links generated, so I don't have accidental eavesdroppers.

"Private" Outlook Events
We setup our Instant Booker to display the titles of our Outlook events, but thought Instant Booker would respect “private” Outlook events. We would like Instant Booker to display the time blocked off, but not display the titles of “private” Outlook events.
