  2. Currently if you book a meeting, it gets created in Salesforce as an Event. If you use the Reassign CP button, and change the Queue and Meeting Type, ALL additional Chili Piper API connected fields will NOT update on the Salesforce Event (with the exception of the top fields that are native to an Activity Object for Events i.e. Subject, Date, Time, Assigned To). We use this workaround of using "Reassign CP" if the customer has booked the wrong meeting type so we can ensure they receive the correct customer correspondence according to the type of training they will receive.…

  3. We use Chili Piper for all of our meeting scheduling, mostly on the Sales side. We also use it to schedule inteviews for hiring processes but it doesn't feed into Lever, creating additional work for us. It would be awesome to have Chili Piper send information to Lever for certain meeting types like candidate emails and meeting times/locations.

  5. Presently, if a licensed user is not connected to SF and is booking meetings with their personal booking link, Events won't write to SF. We'd like the ability to leverage the SF global integration to write Events, even if the specific user isn't connected to SF.

  6. Currently Chili Piper cannot write to or create Person Accounts in Salesforce. These are unique objects that are essentially an "account" for a contact with no associated Company. Currently the only real option for customers who use Person Accounts is to have Chili Piper create leads and then the customer will convert them to Person Accounts.

  10. I've had a number of prospects wish that we could create duplicate leads when a meeting is booked via Chili Piper. This is a gap that Calendly hasn't figured out. Many teams I work with have a team dedicated to deduping leads in their CRM.

  11. There are situations in which a global meeting type is created for all users but some users need slightly different settings depending on their role.

    It would be nice if end users could override certain meeting type settings or reminder settings so they have a little more autonomy over the meeting types and reminders that get set for them.

  12. It would be great to get a slack notification with a prospect replies via SMS instead of just an email. Many of my reps have slack pulled up with notifications on whereas emails are a bit slower to get to.

  13. HubSpot only has the Assignee and the Main Guest associated. Additional guests are not added as designed.

    It would be beneficial for my business to show all people who will or have attended meetings, including our own team members, to properly prioritize and analyze show rates and attribute deals

  15. I use Google Calendar but have access to Microsoft Teams and would like the ability to add that as a conference option for my meeting types.

    Currently, Microsoft Teams is only available to be added as a conference option for users with Outlook integration - Google Calendar users will have the Google Meet option enabled.

  16. The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.

  17. Right now the router name is only passed to Hubspot if the contact books. Why does it not pass to Hubspot if they don't book or are disqualified? This is still important information for our reporting

  18. Hey there! I was just thinking that it would be really helpful if we could associate a meeting with multiple entities instead of just one. Right now, we can only choose between Ticket, Company, or Deal. But if we could select more than one option, it would definitely make things more efficient.

  19. Today - if we set CRM actions to not create engagements in Hubspot, ChiliPiper doesn't update the Contact owner
    The 2 actions shouldn't impact one another. This forces us to keep engagement creation on, so both ChiliPiper and our GCal integration create an engagement in Hubspot - and all CP meetings create Hubspot duplicates

  20. We have meetings that are created with no name and the cc email without a link to the Prospect in HubSpot. Chili Piper's suggestion was to let Chili Piper create the contact, but we are unable to do so since we use the HubSpot tracking pixel and contacts are created upon FormSubmit (we cannot change this for a variety of reasons). This only seems to be an issue if the prospect books immediately when presented with the scheduler. If we could configure a delay of just a few seconds, I think this issue could be solved.
