  1. Currently Chili Piper cannot write to or create Person Accounts in Salesforce. These are unique objects that are essentially an "account" for a contact with no associated Company. Currently the only real option for customers who use Person Accounts is to have Chili Piper create leads and then the customer will convert them to Person Accounts.

  2. It appears to be a trend that companies are engaging more and more with their customers directly in Slack. This is the case with one of my larger customers Tray.io. It would be very useful if their reps, specifically their CSM's, could insert suggested times and/or group booking links directly from Slack. The only way to do this currently would be to use the Chrome extension in Gmail to generate a group booking link and then paste it into Slack. The lack of this feature is preventing further adoption with their CS team.

  3. Integration users used to connect Chili Piper to a CRM are commonly a specific user created for the purpose of integration and is linked to an unmonitored email address, which means that when CRITICAL issues occur such as a calendar disconnection, the proper admins are NOT alerted immediately to take action. This causes continual challenges for clients when we get disconnected and Chili Piper essentially stops working. NEED to be able to specify certain emails/users to receive email notifications upon disconnect.

  5. We have an automation in Salesforce that triggers off the Event creation by chilipiper. When that fails, the rest of the automation fails to trigger. Since there is no notification from Chilipiper that the Event failed to create we often don't find out about the issues until many days after the automation was supposed to trigger. If there was some sort of notification from Chiliper that an Event failed to create we could investigate it immediately.

  6. Very often, customers set themselves to "Out of Office" in Outlook and they expect to not receive bookings on their calendar. Right now, Chili Piper only sees "busy" as a block but it would be nice if Chili Piper also saw "Out of Office" as busy as that is normal practice for companies.

  10. I've had a number of prospects wish that we could create duplicate leads when a meeting is booked via Chili Piper. This is a gap that Calendly hasn't figured out. Many teams I work with have a team dedicated to deduping leads in their CRM.

  11. There are situations in which a global meeting type is created for all users but some users need slightly different settings depending on their role.

    It would be nice if end users could override certain meeting type settings or reminder settings so they have a little more autonomy over the meeting types and reminders that get set for them.

  12. It would be great to get a slack notification with a prospect replies via SMS instead of just an email. Many of my reps have slack pulled up with notifications on whereas emails are a bit slower to get to.

  13. HubSpot only has the Assignee and the Main Guest associated. Additional guests are not added as designed.

    It would be beneficial for my business to show all people who will or have attended meetings, including our own team members, to properly prioritize and analyze show rates and attribute deals

  15. I use Google Calendar but have access to Microsoft Teams and would like the ability to add that as a conference option for my meeting types.

    Currently, Microsoft Teams is only available to be added as a conference option for users with Outlook integration - Google Calendar users will have the Google Meet option enabled.

  16. The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.

  17. Right now the router name is only passed to Hubspot if the contact books. Why does it not pass to Hubspot if they don't book or are disqualified? This is still important information for our reporting

  18. Hey there! I was just thinking that it would be really helpful if we could associate a meeting with multiple entities instead of just one. Right now, we can only choose between Ticket, Company, or Deal. But if we could select more than one option, it would definitely make things more efficient.

  19. We have meetings that are created with no name and the cc email without a link to the Prospect in HubSpot. Chili Piper's suggestion was to let Chili Piper create the contact, but we are unable to do so since we use the HubSpot tracking pixel and contacts are created upon FormSubmit (we cannot change this for a variety of reasons). This only seems to be an issue if the prospect books immediately when presented with the scheduler. If we could configure a delay of just a few seconds, I think this issue could be solved.
