Integration with Clay
Ability to directly integrate with Clay to take advantage of their capabilities, like: real-time enrichment, potentially adding it as a node in flows, etc.
The benefit is it would let users get any information from Clay into Chili Piper directly, effectively turning Clay tables into APIs for Chili Piper.

Send custom property value to Engagement in Hubspot
Now, that Hubspot allows custom properties Chili Piper should auto-send the same fields that we send to the Salesforce Event to the Hubspot Engagement (Booker, Assignee, Router, Rule, Team, Booking Source).
This will allow for more robust reporting in Hubspot on the engagement. Something handoff users have wanted for a long time.

Execution Delay Step in Concierge Workflow
Context: We utilize a custom implementation where a third-party form creates leads in Salesforce via API. We have strictly disabled Chili Piper's permission to create new leads to prevent duplicates/conflicts.
Problem: A race condition exists between the form tool's API call and Chili Piper's execution.
Prospect submits form.
Chili Piper Concierge triggers immediately and attempts to write booking data to Salesforce.
Chili Piper searches for the lead email but returns null because the form tool is still processing the creation request.
Chili Piper fails to update the lead (as it does not exist yet) and fails to create a new…

Allow the ChiliCal extension button to show up on secondary email fields on Leads/Contacts in Salesforce
Currently the ChiliCal button will only show on the standard primary email field on a Lead or Contact in Salesforce. However, sometimes a customer will have multiple email addresses that are stored in secondary email fields. It would be useful for the extension to automatically show up on those fields, or to allow Chili Piper admins to customize which fields the extension shows up on.

Webhook resend
Currently, when a custom webhook (e.g., sending appointment data to an external endpoint like Power Automate) fails due to issues on the receiving end, Chili Piper dont logs the failure and does not provide an option for admins to manually resend the specific failed event(s) from the Meetings Activity or Events History dashboard. Support has confirmed there is no built-in mechanism to re-trigger these failed webhook payloads, which creates operational challenges, such as manual recreation of appointments or reliance on API workarounds. This is particularly impactful for high-volume users where failures (e.g., due to endpoint timeouts) can lead to missed…

Webhook Filtering
We're currently leveraging the Chili Piper new meetings webhook to automate a critical sales process that previously required significant manual effort (hours daily for data export, filtering, and formatting for Eloqua). This automation has greatly improved efficiency.
However, the current webhook functionality sends all concierge meeting data. This necessitates an additional filtering step within our Power Automate flow to exclude data from concierges we don't need to consume via the webhook. This adds an unnecessary layer of processing on our end and potentially increases data transfer overhead for Chili Piper.
We request a modification to the Chili Piper webhook configuration…

Insert Suggested Times from the Gong Anywhere Extension
You can use the Gong Anywhere extension to write emails wherever you are at in your browser. Being able to insert Chili Piper Suggested Times into these emails in the Gong extension would be very useful, especially since it seems like you can access integrations within that email popup.

Allow for Chilipiper License Status to be displayed in SFDC
Currently we can only see a user's licenses on Chilipiper, but I was wondering if it was possible for us to create a custom user field in SFDC (license status for ex.) and have said field populated based on whether or not the user has a license in Chilipiper. This would require a bidirectional sync in order to work, but would make reporting much easier for us.

Redirect on HubSpot multistep forms without form submission
HubSpot allows you to have multi step forms where you click a CTA to move forward and eventually submit the form. To redirect using CP, they have to actually submit the form. It would be nice to redirect them when clicking the first CTA instead of the final submit.
Example use case: I sell a product to HVAC companies. However, sometimes a homeowner fills out a form on my website because they saw my company's name. Today, they will use a drop down to say "I am a homeowner" and have to fully submit the form before I redirect them…

Map the meeting invite emails and the meeting reminder emails over to salesforce
The reminder emails that chili piper sends to guests, as well as the initial meeting invite email that chili piper sends when the guest books their demo, can those emails be mapped over to salesforce so we can see a history of them on the Lead/Contact record?
Our reps work in salesforce and gong and being able to confirm whether those emails have been sent, and whether they were opened, in the place they are usually working would be great.
