As a stellar example, the Hubspot meetings tool can read a calendar integration with Google and employ meeting buffer settings without actually booking them. Please update Chili Piper to do the same so my Go To Market Team doesn't have these ugly meeting buffers on their calendar.

I need the ability to easily administrate removing the "My meeting" default for any/all users and/or replacing it with one from a workspace. Currently, when I set a users' default meeting template in a workspace (see attached image regarding "Use this meeting template as my default"), it does not update their users' default meeting type, resulting in confusion and too many options for the end-user. The goal is to have a dummy-proof, super simple, end-user experience so they see and quickly choose from only one or two custom-made meeting types - without the ability to see or use the default "My meeting" type. Right now as the Sales Operations manager I have no way to ensure our remote Salespeople are using the correct meeting type! I can't stop them from using the default "My meeting" and I cannot remove or disable it. Only the individual user can!
