  2. Currently SF Case placeholders in meeting templates populate only in IB to allow the booker to choose the Relate to field. With Online Booking, since a Case can't be selected, placeholder won't populate at all to avoid choosing an incorrect Case by default. It would be nice to improve this to populate the Case # when only one open Case is found.

  3. Currently the logic behind OppOwner queue rules is to find the last modified Opportunity linked to an Account, which means that multiple Opportunities can be found for one prospect. As an option, implement a queue rule to find the Opportunity related only to the Contact, which may be more relevant in some cases.

  4. You can embed times and insert a preset "Click here to schedule!" hyperlinked text, but can't just copy the link to hyperlink your own text. I often insert the preset hyperlink text, click it, copy the booking URL, then delete and hyperlink my own text.

  5. After an onsite meeting concludes, email or text the assignee with an option to log notes to the activity record for the meeting. Especially helpful for onsite meetings at events where reps are not carrying their laptop.

  6. Yes, "view full calendar" link can be deleted, but some customers never want to include the full calendar and only want to offer the specific times. (protecting support reps' time)

  7. As a follow up to a conversation I had with Jared Wexler, I'd like to request a feature to natively allow multiple calendars in Chili Piper. Right now, I connect CP to my work calendar (where the license is tied to), but it only accesses and blocks time from events within that calendar. As there is no sync option in Gcal between calendars (only sharing/visibility), it doesn't recognize events I'm already booked for on my other calendars. Can we investigate connecting multiple per user, with the goal of only allowing Chili Piper to book time when availability is seen across…

  8. It would be great if there was an option within queues to NOT update the Salesforce contact. we use queues for multi meetings and sometimes a client will put both names in the one first name field, or use a spouses email and their name - thus updating their contact to the wrong name.

  10. We'd love the option to have Chili Piper relate an event to a closed opportunity, especially in scenarios when we are using a smart booking link with that opp ID. This is helpful when we have a prospect return to us after being closed lost. We also have team members who work out of closed won opportunities (sale is final, but product needs to be delivered).

  11. I try to tie specific meetings to Opportunity / Case Stages. As a deal moves further down the funnel this gets harder but for the first few stages it would be pretty simpleS0 - Qualified meeting booked (auto create opp from CP meeting type = first call)S1 - First Meeting Complete (move from S0 to S1 if first call meeting template on related opp was not marked no show or cancled)S2 - Demo Complete (move to S3 if demo meeting type has completed. We use cases for onboarding. Same example as above but with kick off call etc

  12. Our team is using Xant's cadence tool, Playbooks. We have seen a drastic increase in meetings booked using the "Instant Booking Link" capabilities provided by Chili Piper but we cannot use this functionality in Playbooks. If this integration was set up, we would be more likely to add more of our team to Chili Piper as our sales team is moving towards adopting Playbooks fully.

  13. When a meeting is cancelled, do not delete it from the Outlook calendar. Insert (CANCELLED) in-front of Title and update from Busy to Free.

  14. Add a trigger in the Zapier integration when a call is cancelled. This would be useful when sending calls to a spreadsheet for reporting purposes.

  15. Integrations with Dialpad/UberConference would be a killer feature. At the moment, the only way to set up a conference call is to share a permanent link through ChiliPiper. I'd prefer having unique links generated, so I don't have accidental eavesdroppers.

  16. Currently when Zoom meetings are created, the UTC/GMT time appears to be being explicitly passed in the API call. This results in the Zoom Meeting being displayed in the Zoom interface in UTC/GMT as opposed to the Chili Piper User time zone or the Zoom User time zone. This is very confusing for any users that are also using the Zoom Web UI or client for meeting management and any notifications that are sent from Zoom display the GMT/UTC time zone as opposed to the "actual" time zone (CP or Zoom) of the meeting.

  18. What I'm trying to do is actually a workaround since I'm not able to send notifications to a gmail alias in Chili Piper. Since I need to send the notification in HubSpot, I need to be able to pull meeting start date/time from a property that's populated by Chili Piper.

  19. The Zapier integration could use a considerable amount more work – that'd open up so many possibilities! In addition to the following:- Triggered for Cancelled Call (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/canceled-call-zap-trigger)- Including event time zone (https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/include-event-timezone-in-available-zapier-fields)Zapier also could really use: *** The ability to access more test data **•Currently, Zapier can only see the first-ever meeting scheduled via my Chilipiper instance. I had a few different scenarios I need to test though (such as whether someone exists as a lead or contact in SFDC), so only having one Chilipiper event's worth of data to use in Zapier is very limiting *

  20. Please create an Okta integration with Chili Piper so that we can automate user provisioning and de-provisioning.It would be extremely helpful to not have to manually audit records or assign users to different workspaces, queues, etc as new hires start, users leave the company, or get promoted.
