  1. We want the ability to capture the "meeting scheduled date" as a value for a contact/lead object field. This would help with all kinds of operational flows in Salesforce and connected systems (like Hubspot).

  2. Would like the ability within Chili Piper to associate one event to multiple objects!

  3. "See prospect in crm" is a button in the slack notification that is sent when a meeting is booked through Instant Booker. It would be great for that to be available in the slack notification when the meeting is booked through Hot Handoff and any other booking type as well. Id argue it's most valuable for Hot Handoffs since those are transferred live, and easy and quick access to the CRM record is critical. It seems as though this would be an easy and incredibly valuable add since it's already built into other notifications and would resolve a big pain…

  4. Presently, if a licensed user is not connected to SF and is booking meetings with their personal booking link, Events won't write to SF. We'd like the ability to leverage the SF global integration to write Events, even if the specific user isn't connected to SF.

  5. Currently Chili Piper cannot write to or create Person Accounts in Salesforce. These are unique objects that are essentially an "account" for a contact with no associated Company. Currently the only real option for customers who use Person Accounts is to have Chili Piper create leads and then the customer will convert them to Person Accounts.

  6. It appears to be a trend that companies are engaging more and more with their customers directly in Slack. This is the case with one of my larger customers Tray.io. It would be very useful if their reps, specifically their CSM's, could insert suggested times and/or group booking links directly from Slack. The only way to do this currently would be to use the Chrome extension in Gmail to generate a group booking link and then paste it into Slack. The lack of this feature is preventing further adoption with their CS team.
