  1. Booking Status values should be "Booked", "Not Booked" or "No Option Presented".We have high inbound volumes, of which a significant portion are outside of our ICP. They are routed to a separate landing page rather than presented with the ability to book time, so their status in Chili Piper is "No Option Presented." However, our DQs look identical to qualified leads that have "Not Booked" in Salesforce. Both have blank Meeting Types with "Not Booked" Booking Statuses, and it makes reporting, automation, and a general lack of understanding for my salespeople a bit more tricky.

  3. Our SDRs hand off qualified meetings to our AEs via the Instant Booker, as well as receive new meetings from Concierge. It appears as though any meeting where a user is "optional" still shows up as "Busy" in Google Calendar, which makes booking over the top challenging.

  4. It would be fantastic to have two options for the meeting type name, one that shows in the MeetingTypeCP field and one that is shown to the sales team. For example, we have multiple demo meeting types for different languages, such as "Demo - English", "Demo French" etc. so that the sales team can select the correct option. We'd love to be able to have them all show as "Demo" in SFDC so that we can more easily filter and report by meeting types.

  5. We setup our Instant Booker to display the titles of our Outlook events, but thought Instant Booker would respect “private” Outlook events. We would like Instant Booker to display the time blocked off, but not display the titles of “private” Outlook events.

  6. Just like there is already Form Mapping that allows to modify fields on the lead/contact, this should also be enable for the Event object in Salesforce.

  7. Under CRM actions is an option to update owners BUT it updates both Lead and Contact owner. It will be cool to be able to update just one of them like how Create Lead works.

  8. Currently, the Zapier payload only has basic guest info (plus the usual assignee and booker details) but not the other form fields added. It would be great if Chili Piper can pass those data to Zapier as well.

  9. For phone queues, would be great to have a Zapier trigger that would fire if users attempt a call and are not connected for some reason, so we can trigger a Slack notification based on this.

  10. While we can assign these leads, we'd love to be able to trigger Slack alerts to prompt immediate follow-up. The only Zapier actions are new meeting/rescheduled meeting - would love one for attempts.

  11. It would be beneficial for our reps to understand where they sit in the Round Robin when receiving a meeting. By adding this to the Zapier Integration we can push this to Slack to inform the Reps.

  13. Currently if you book a meeting, it gets created in Salesforce as an Event. If you use the Reassign CP button, and change the Queue and Meeting Type, ALL additional Chili Piper API connected fields will NOT update on the Salesforce Event (with the exception of the top fields that are native to an Activity Object for Events i.e. Subject, Date, Time, Assigned To). We use this workaround of using "Reassign CP" if the customer has booked the wrong meeting type so we can ensure they receive the correct customer correspondence according to the type of training they will receive.…

  14. It would be great to be able to adjust where the Event is connected in Salesforce, especially if the Event failed to sync to SF. The use case is that if reps attach an Event to the wrong Case or a SF Event are fails to create due to user error, the manual creation of a new Event is very time intensive. (E.g. if I see the rep entered the email address of the customer instead of the case id, I can edit the event to look for x case ID and then retry sync to SF.)

  16. It would be a huge quality of life improvement for the Slack integration to be updated. Right now we send a Slack message to a channel which:1) Tags the meeting assignee2) Tags the Lead/Contact owner3) Includes event details (date/time/meeting type)4) Includes meeting context (we ask for additional details on the marketo form used for Concierge routing)Right now this process is managed via Zaper (which is really cumbersome -- see https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/several-improvements-to-zapier-integration)It need to maintain 3 different Zap workflows – one each for existing leads, existing contacts, and net-new LeadsIn addition to the Slack alert replicating my functionality below, being able to…

  17. We use Chili Piper for all of our meeting scheduling, mostly on the Sales side. We also use it to schedule inteviews for hiring processes but it doesn't feed into Lever, creating additional work for us. It would be awesome to have Chili Piper send information to Lever for certain meeting types like candidate emails and meeting times/locations.
