  1. Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

  3. Now that Admins can create Custom Schedules for users, it would be fantastic if we could create Custom Schedules and assign them to multiple people/groups at once. Perhaps make the Custom Schedule reside at the Workspace level?

  4. SDR's are commissioned for attended meetings. They are desintivized to mark as a no-show, and it would be better for the Podium team if they could chance a setting where all meetings were assumed no-show until marked, which prompts the team to properly mark meetings! More below -

  5. I am working on updating one of my larger Chili Piper queues. While doing this I have to remove everyone in it and it is quite time consuming. I am wondering if there was a way to mass move everyone in the queue at once. It would be nice to have a button or slide bar at the top that says “Remove everyone?” that you could toggle and it could still give you the warning, but it would be MUCH easier that going one by one.   6. When booking a meeting in Chili Piper, the calendar invite automatically shows a person accepted. Having this function prevents users to know if someone really accepted a meeting or not and how is CP to know when to send a specific reminder to someone when they did not accept. We would like this feature turned off for google meet calendar invites.

  7. Forrester would like the ability to quickly see a list of Assignees w/in a queues and their next availability to support identifying who doesn't have sufficient time available. Would prefer to take into account the meeting type as well to account for varying restrictions by date or by minimum or maximum scheduling settings.

  8. A customer of ours would prefer that when SDRs use handoff that all assignees are not listed in strict round robins. The reason being is that SDRs have been "gaming" the system. If they see that one of their fave AEs is not up next in the round robin, given they have such high volume, they'll simply wait an hour or so, then check back again to see if their AE is up and then proceed to book the meeting.

    This problem could be mitigated greatly by simply providing the option to make Handoff Round Robins blind to the person…

  11. Within CP it’s relatively easy for us to reassign a meeting to a new owner in the same queue, or to a new owner in a new queue. However, we can’t reassign a meeting to the same owner in a new queue (even if the rep is in both queues).

    This means when a rep books via the wrong queue, we either have to reassign the meeting to a new owner (which isn’t the best customer experience) or manually recalibrate multiple queues. We then also need to update the event data in our CRM to ensure our reporting is accurate

Chili Piper only allows to reassign a meeting when it's part of a Queue, but sometimes we need to reassign meetings booked through Personal Links and we need to do that manually in G-Calendar and Salesforce. Ideally we would like to have the option to reassign meeting to all meetings booked through Chili Piper

  14. I would like to be able to translate the From Name on Reminder emails to create a better experience for Spanish speakers, and ultimately users speaking other languages as well.

    Context: I'm working on creating Meeting Types and a Queue translated to Spanish as we'll soon launch a Spanish speaking arm of our Sales Team. I've got all of the calendar invite and reminder invite subjects/contents translated to Spanish, but I learned today that the "From" name listed on reminder emails displays as Reminder and that this isn't currently able to be translated to Spanish (or other languages). We have a large number of reps who are in the field and rely on their phones for all prospect communications, calendar bookings, etc. It would be helpful if there was a mobile optimized app/version of the Instant Booker that would allow them to easily book meetings on their calendar via Chili Piper similar to how they are using the gcal app today. This is a blocker for full adoption of Chili Piper within our organization.

  16. We have some reps who want meetings only booked on the hour while others prefer 15 minute booking windows. In our global templates we have to choose one or the other – it'd be great if reps could have their own settings that we could set the global template to inherit.

  17. There are additional custom fields I'd like to be able to add to a Booker/Assignee profile to that I can better personalize meeting reminders and meeting templates. For example, a link to a video they've created, a link to their about me page, their team name, etc.

I've had a couple of requests recently to automate adding and removing reps from queues based on certain conditions within SFDC (e.g. remove a rep from the RR if the number of open ops in their name >10 and add them back in when it's <10). I'm currently working with them to use Zapier and our API endpoints, however it would be awesome if we could do this natively in-app.
