  1. Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

  2. Throw an error or a 'WARNING, this won't work' message when a customer tries to save a setting that won't actually work. One example being when trying to save a Lead routing rule with the AND logic to an account, as this is impossible. I'm sure there are are many more and we could work as a team to collaborate on where these may occur and a warning sign is relevant!

  4. When we open Instant Booker from the extension itself, even if we select a language that is not English, the text " Click here to book meeting" is always generated in English, so this feature request is to translate this when we have a different language.

  5. Now that Admins can create Custom Schedules for users, it would be fantastic if we could create Custom Schedules and assign them to multiple people/groups at once. Perhaps make the Custom Schedule reside at the Workspace level?

We have a large number of reps who are in the field and rely on their phones for all prospect communications, calendar bookings, etc. It would be helpful if there was a mobile optimized app/version of the Instant Booker that would allow them to easily book meetings on their calendar via Chili Piper similar to how they are using the gcal app today. This is a blocker for full adoption of Chili Piper within our organization.

  8. When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

  9. I would like to be able to translate the From Name on Reminder emails to create a better experience for Spanish speakers, and ultimately users speaking other languages as well.

    Context: I'm working on creating Meeting Types and a Queue translated to Spanish as we'll soon launch a Spanish speaking arm of our Sales Team. I've got all of the calendar invite and reminder invite subjects/contents translated to Spanish, but I learned today that the "From" name listed on reminder emails displays as Reminder and that this isn't currently able to be translated to Spanish (or other languages).   10. As we've gone live with Chili Piper and have booked a lot of test meetings, I'd like to be able to delete those meetings out of the system altogether. This way we can be sure these test meetings aren't skewing the distribution of legit meetings across our AEs unevenly.

Chili Piper only allows to reassign a meeting when it's part of a Queue, but sometimes we need to reassign meetings booked through Personal Links and we need to do that manually in G-Calendar and Salesforce. Ideally we would like to have the option to reassign meeting to all meetings booked through Chili Piper

  14. Our reps would love to know when they are 'next' in the rota, and assume the rota is 'unfair' because the round robin calculation happens behind closed doors from their perspective.I'm sending them screenshots but would rather give them a window into the relevant queues.

  15. Allow pause settings for a user to happen at a universal level and not only on each individual router. Ideally, we could say, "John Doe" needs to be paused and we could do that in one place across all routers and not manage each individual one and pause him in several places.

  16. The metadata related to the infrastructure for assets and routers should be saved in case something goes wrong, gets accidentally deleted, etc.

  19. We have some reps who want meetings only booked on the hour while others prefer 15 minute booking windows. In our global templates we have to choose one or the other – it'd be great if reps could have their own settings that we could set the global template to inherit.

  20. There are additional custom fields I'd like to be able to add to a Booker/Assignee profile to that I can better personalize meeting reminders and meeting templates. For example, a link to a video they've created, a link to their about me page, their team name, etc.
