  1. I’m running into ongoing issues with calendar booking reminder emails—especially since the new ChiliCal Firebase updates. Some of the reminders are pulling incorrect or outdated meeting links, and managing them has become increasingly difficult. On my personal links, I also have duplicate reminder that I cannot seem to remove.

    Right now, I have to open each individual booking link just to view or edit the associated reminders, and there’s no centralized place to view everything I’ve created. I’d love to request the following:

    A dedicated area to manage all reminder emails I've set up—ideally organized in a searchable, editable list.

  2. If a user has restrictions set in Gcal/Outlook to allow only certain people to see the titles we need a way to respect that in Chili Cal. For this use case leadership have titles blocked from reps, but ops and other leaders can see it. In Chili Piper we can either block it completely or let everyone see it, we can't respect the individuals settings.

  3. In the admin mockup for the booker in the Branding and language section, out logo looks fine. But in the actual booker sent out by our employees, the logo is squished.

    Chili Piper's logo upload tool, unlike most other, does not have suggest image sizes and does not block you if your logo does not fit.

    When looking at the HTLM of the booker, it appears that our logo has a rendered size of 200 × 56 px and rendered aspect ratio of 25∶7.

    It would have been good to know this before we had multiple prospects and employees point…

  4. I'd like to be able to apply our corporate branding to all external interfaces, including Personal Pages and Personal Booking Links, not just inside a particular workspace. Currently we have to keep reminding our users to never send out their personal booking links because of the visual disconnect from our corporate branding.

  7. Enrichment is currently only available through Concierge. However, in order to make routing decisions in a Distro use case, this customer needs to pull data from ZoomInfo.

While it is currently possible to pass standard UTM parameters into Chat, it is not possible to pass any other custom values into Data Fields to be used for routing, tracking, or writing to Salesforce. It would be very useful to do this for anyone who uses more than just standard UTM fields, or if those UTM's are encrypted and we need to pass that encrypted string into Salesforce.

  13. With a growing list of users, it is impossible to tell if someone should or should not be licensed, should or should not be connected, and the user reporting is insufficient for identifying adoption insights by team or wave.

    Please add user Created Date, Modified Date, Created By, and Modified By fields to the user reporting.

  14. Proactive alerts to admins when there are errors, similar to how Salesforce handles it. "I have an email alert set up for a bunch of errors. We have some subscribed reports, things like, and send to your email every morning at 8am and I know immediately I check and say, okay, there's one here, here's what happened. I need to audit that"

  15. For Handoff Routers, we need to have control for which teams see each rule similar to scheduling links.
    It doesn't work to have this in the Rule for a filter as they are being used across our Inbound Router as well and duplicating rules is not a good option.

  16. Our handoff booker needs to be able to book over 2 weeks out, even though our meeting type only allows being set for 2 weeks out for the primary guest. We need to make it so primary guests are limited to 2 weeks, but our team needs to have more flexibility in the time to book.
    Is it possible to have an Availability setting for the booker for handoff separate from the one for the primary guest.

    Set the latest date a Primary Guest can schedule in my calendar.

  17. We'd like to have a User Control toggle that gives us the ability to force-enable "Availability for All" for all users in the workspace and prevents them from disabling it, as it's critical to our sherry-picking efforts.

  18. Show the actual team member that doesn't have the specific license for the distribution, not just take me to the Manage License, and then I need to search through all users to find the one that is missing that license.

  19. Currently, the vacation recognition causes many issues and inconsistently recognizes vacation. Allow for an option to only recognize an all-day OOO event type to qualify as vacation - not just "busy" events all day. Show which events are triggering the vacation setting - sometimes we can't tell.

  20. Reassigning a meeting via the Outlook add in is currently not supported. A rep must go to ChiliCal to reassign or an Admin can do so from the admin dashboard. Adding the ability to reassign from the calendar invite itself in Outlook would be feature parity with the functionality with Gcal users.
