  1. When using a Data Field that requests a phone number, the UI presents a drop-down menu for selecting the country.

    The country information could be provided separately or mapped within the Data Field, allowing me to directly determine the country without asking for the Country Name in a drop-down.

  3. For meeting types availability - if an admin is adjusting the availability range for a meeting type, is there a way we could add in the ability to only allow meetings of that specific type for that date range for a specified group of users?

    It appears the ability to limit meetings to a specific meeting type is only available for individual custom schedules. But the ability to do this on a single meeting type as an admin would save a lot of time.

    This setup is very common for in-person events. Thanks!

  5. As an administrator, I love being able to see all the teams per user in the admin center. However, it would be great to be able to see the currently selected teams float to the top when I open up a user's teams.

  6. When using the my personal page link (in LinkedIn for example), the preview contains some ad copy for Chili Piper.

    I'm wondering if we can tone down the use of the word "prospects" in that preview since some of the contacts we make are soft approaches where we don't want to appear immediately sales-y. (Personally, I wouldn't click on a schedule link that was about prospecting if I wasn't in sales).

    Instead of "route your prospects through Chili Piper" can we just do "Route your meetings through Chili Piper"?

  8. Want the ability to add preexisting user settings for new members during onboarding quickly. That could be by coping another user's settings or specifying settings, saving it as a role, and then I can assign a user that role. That way they are added to the right workspaces, queues, settings, etc.

  9. Right now, only certain users using concierge receive error notifications. The default booker and the create by user on a router.

    It would be a huge value-add to be able to select multiple users to receive these error notifications, esepcially if say, someone were to leave the office so as not to create a silo.

Currently when you use the global calendar connection to add a disconnected user as a guest in the ChiliCal Scheduler, you can see their busy blocks but it also grays-out a lot of the originally available time (white space). This is presumably because the disconnected users hasn't set any working hours in Chili Piper, The request is that the Scheduler ignore working hours entirely for any disconnected guests being added. Otherwise trying to book a meeting with them will be confusing at least, or impossible at most if the "Allow booking over working hours" setting is disabled by chance.
