Bring back the licensed (de)activated by & date fields!
Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.

Warning sign to adjust logic when a rule is removed
If you remove a rule from the queue but don't adjust logic, it's likely that all logic is thrown and leads could get incorrectly disqualified or qualified. Add a warning sign or window when a rule is removed to check logic and adjust.

Admin control over default user calendars
It would be lovely to not have to train reps on how to set their default calendar view in Instant Booker, and instead set it for them. In this case, our workflows are such that our team always needs to be seeing their own calendar by default and it's causing friction when the view is at the Team calendar level.

Add Captcha to Scheduling Links
We've had an issue with bots coming through our form and setting meetings.
Is it possible to add Captcha to our scheduling links to help block this spam?

Auto Provisoning: Cap # of users for specific teams/workspaces
When companies have multiple business units using Chili Piper, they may a designated number of licences per team. A cap on the number of users for specific teams will help clear governance of licences and will avoid teams 'stealing' licences from another team.
For instance, if ACME (UK) pays for 100 licences however, only 80 are assigned to them. They want to ensure that the remaining 20 does not get assigned to another team. Placing a cap on the other global teams would ensure that they won't be able to dip into UK's unused licences.

Pro-activation Notification when reps' calendars are full and a meeting cannot be schedule d within X number of days
Proactive notification when reps' calendars are full and an inbound website meeting cannot be scheduled within X number of days. We have a large volume of inbounds coming to our site, especially during holiday periods, and often times prospects have to book a meeting more than 7 days out. We want to get pro-actively notified that this is occurring and set the number of days for notification. This will enable us to update our routing or put more reps in the queue. Currently we are flying blind and have to wait for feedback from prospects.

Limit Meetin Types for a given time period as an admin and En Masse
For meeting types availability - if an admin is adjusting the availability range for a meeting type, is there a way we could add in the ability to only allow meetings of that specific type for that date range for a specified group of users?
It appears the ability to limit meetings to a specific meeting type is only available for individual custom schedules. But the ability to do this on a single meeting type as an admin would save a lot of time.
This setup is very common for in-person events. Thanks!

Limit Total Booking Hours Per Day Instead of Number of Meetings
It would be great if people that use multiple calendar types had the ability to limit the total number of meetings scheduled across each of those instead of just at the individual meeting type level

Respect individual users free/busy org settings
If a user has restrictions set in Gcal/Outlook to allow only certain people to see the titles we need a way to respect that in Chili Cal. For this use case leadership have titles blocked from reps, but ops and other leaders can see it. In Chili Piper we can either block it completely or let everyone see it, we can't respect the individuals settings.

Book Meetings from Deals in Hubspot
Currently the Chili Piper Integration only allows for booking meetings from Contacts in the side panel within Hubspot. Being able to book meetings from Deals in Hubspot with the Contacts associated with the Deal would be a great additional feature.

Move Chili Cal User Controls to User Table
Having the Chili Cal User Controls in a separate area (per workspace) from the user table is burdensome for admin. Specifically the Links section of the User controls. These should be moved to the User Table, so a new user can be fully set up from one screen.
At a minimum there should be a workspace setting that sets the default for all users added to the workspace (Currently defaults to enabled)

Suggested Times Link with Restricted Availability
Calendly has a feature where you can suggest times to customers in link for, but the link will only show those suggested times and not any other availability. In Chili Piper currently, you can suggest specific times via email and remove the "View Full Calendar" link by hand, but if they select a time that is no longer available they will be able to see the rep's full calendar and select a new time.

Allow for meetings booked through the chili piper link to be a designated color for easy viewing on what meetings are booked externally
For people who get a lot of meetings, color categorization helps a lot with organization. For example, instead of having inbound meetings from clients and internal meetings (just with the company you work at) be the same color, allow users to pick a specific color/label for the meetings booked through the chili piper link

Role-based permissions / template
Want the ability to add preexisting user settings for new members during onboarding quickly. That could be by coping another user's settings or specifying settings, saving it as a role, and then I can assign a user that role. That way they are added to the right workspaces, queues, settings, etc.

Create and update queue/rule/team via file upload
Not being able to create queues via a file upload has become increasingly frustrating. We have roughly 80 queues/territories for our sales team and having to copy and paste zip codes is super manual and leaves room for error. 40 of these territories are Round Robin so when a rep leaves or starts having to manually go in and adjust each one manually is unnecessarily time consuming
