  1. Adding the ability to transfer all configurations from Sandbox to Production. This way customers don't need to recreate everything again, which could speed up the onboarding process.

  2. If multiple reminders are set for a meeting and the customer replies to an earlier one via email, it would be useful to cancel the remaining reminders to avoid spamming the customer.

  4. Proactive notification when reps' calendars are full and an inbound website meeting cannot be scheduled within X number of days. We have a large volume of inbounds coming to our site, especially during holiday periods, and often times prospects have to book a meeting more than 7 days out. We want to get pro-actively notified that this is occurring and set the number of days for notification. This will enable us to update our routing or put more reps in the queue. Currently we are flying blind and have to wait for feedback from prospects.

  5. If a user has restrictions set in Gcal/Outlook to allow only certain people to see the titles we need a way to respect that in Chili Cal. For this use case leadership have titles blocked from reps, but ops and other leaders can see it. In Chili Piper we can either block it completely or let everyone see it, we can't respect the individuals settings.

  6. In the admin mockup for the booker in the Branding and language section, out logo looks fine. But in the actual booker sent out by our employees, the logo is squished.

    Chili Piper's logo upload tool, unlike most other, does not have suggest image sizes and does not block you if your logo does not fit.

    When looking at the HTLM of the booker, it appears that our logo has a rendered size of 200 × 56 px and rendered aspect ratio of 25∶7.

    It would have been good to know this before we had multiple prospects and employees point…

  7. Add "See in CRM" button within My App. This would allow the Assignee to quickly view the account ahead of the meeting, rather than having to include the SFDC link or account id in the Guest facing meeting invite.

  9. Some customers have coaching or advisor type sessions and they thought it would be valuable to collect CC info before the call. This helps ensure clients show up and their time is not wasted.

  10. It is helpful to know if the prospect that booked a meeting does not receive the calendar invite email. Could this information either be made available within the dashboard or prospect reports or via an email notification to the assignee and admin?

  11. I'd like to be able to apply our corporate branding to all external interfaces, including Personal Pages and Personal Booking Links, not just inside a particular workspace. Currently we have to keep reminding our users to never send out their personal booking links because of the visual disconnect from our corporate branding.

  12. Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.

  16. If you remove a rule from the queue but don't adjust logic, it's likely that all logic is thrown and leads could get incorrectly disqualified or qualified. Add a warning sign or window when a rule is removed to check logic and adjust.

  18. It would be lovely to not have to train reps on how to set their default calendar view in Instant Booker, and instead set it for them. In this case, our workflows are such that our team always needs to be seeing their own calendar by default and it's causing friction when the view is at the Team calendar level.

  19. Currently it is only possible to reassign one meeting at a time as an admin. It would be useful to reassign multiple meetings at once. For example, when one rep is leaving the company their existing meetings need to be reassigned to other reps. Having the ability to reassign all of their meetings at once would be very helpful for offboarding.

  20. Currently, the vacation recognition causes many issues and inconsistently recognizes vacation. Allow for an option to only recognize an all-day OOO event type to qualify as vacation - not just "busy" events all day. Show which events are triggering the vacation setting - sometimes we can't tell.
