  1. I'd like to be able to get alerted whenever the integration between Chili and Slack get a disconnection so we can act quickly to re-configure the integration and avoid losing any alerts.

  2. We have some reps who want meetings only booked on the hour while others prefer 15 minute booking windows. In our global templates we have to choose one or the other – it'd be great if reps could have their own settings that we could set the global template to inherit.

  3. There are additional custom fields I'd like to be able to add to a Booker/Assignee profile to that I can better personalize meeting reminders and meeting templates. For example, a link to a video they've created, a link to their about me page, their team name, etc.

  4. Would like ability to view (and possibly reassign) a users meetings that were booked through a personal built template and not a part of a workspace meeting templates. Reason being, an employee was unexpectedly out due to a tornado and had 6 meetings where they used personal templates, booked over two days and no way to get online to adjust or cancel these. Would love for admin to be able to view this info so they can use reschedule link or even just view attendees and be able to email them, etc.

  5. While creating a Workspace, Admin has the ability to choose emoji. This is however only visible for Admins. I suggest to make this emoji visible for All users in the Instant Booker. In case if customer has different workspace for sales teams in different countries, it makes it even easier for booker to choose the correct workspace (aside of the workspace name, booker will see the small emoji which could be set for the US or the EU flag for example). Right now, all workspaces has icon of the license next to it (flame for hot license etc.)

  6. Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.

  9. If you remove a rule from the queue but don't adjust logic, it's likely that all logic is thrown and leads could get incorrectly disqualified or qualified. Add a warning sign or window when a rule is removed to check logic and adjust.

  13. It would reduce confusion if both the attendee and assignee timezones were both available on the "New Event" email from chilipiper. One of my coworkers thought that they had an event booked well outside of their hours set in ChiliPiper.

  14. When a prospect selects a different time zone than the one presented to them, this is not recorded anywhere except in our database.

    It was suggested to me that we should store this time zone as a field in the CRM Event record as a custom field, or otherwise make it available as a dynamic tag to embed there.

  16. Currently the {!CP.Meeting.Time} dynamic tag is not available in Meeting Types. You can manually type it in to get it to work, but when the meeting is rescheduled the text for the time doesn't change from the original time. This would be very useful for giving customers more clarity on when their meeting is scheduled for, especially for scheduling in-person meetings.

  19. Show the meeting titles/names in Instant Booker so you don't have to look in GCal or Outreach. This would be helpful for BDR's that are trying to schedule on behalf of an AE when the calendar is full and they need to see if there is a meeting type that they can book over.

  20. When using Chili Piper router links or queue links, Chili Piper utilizes the forms built in Chili Piper, which reference the CRM fields that the form is mapped to. Many of those forms have picklists. Currently, there are no way to edit those picklists in-app. There are situations in which editing those picklists in-app would prove valuable. For example, with an outbound campaign, it could be useful to edit a "Country" picklist to only include the relevant countries to which the campaign is targeted.

    So the ask is simply the ability to edit the picklists for CRM-referenced fields in forms…
