  2. Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.

  3. If you remove a rule from the queue but don't adjust logic, it's likely that all logic is thrown and leads could get incorrectly disqualified or qualified. Add a warning sign or window when a rule is removed to check logic and adjust.

  5. It would reduce confusion if both the attendee and assignee timezones were both available on the "New Event" email from chilipiper. One of my coworkers thought that they had an event booked well outside of their hours set in ChiliPiper.

  6. Option to hide assets (particularly meeting types) on a per user basis even if they should be able to see everything else in the workspace. Main use case that surfaced this is ability to test meeting types' copy, subject lines, etc. and preventing reps outside of the pilot scope to accidentally use and muddy the data. Increasingly harder when you have a large sales team and no amount of training/enablement would prevent it from happening entirely.

  11. Want the ability to add preexisting user settings for new members during onboarding quickly. That could be by coping another user's settings or specifying settings, saving it as a role, and then I can assign a user that role. That way they are added to the right workspaces, queues, settings, etc.

  12. Right now, only certain users using concierge receive error notifications. The default booker and the create by user on a router.

    It would be a huge value-add to be able to select multiple users to receive these error notifications, esepcially if say, someone were to leave the office so as not to create a silo.

  14. When a prospect selects a different time zone than the one presented to them, this is not recorded anywhere except in our database.

    It was suggested to me that we should store this time zone as a field in the CRM Event record as a custom field, or otherwise make it available as a dynamic tag to embed there.

  17. Update SMS response operational emails from Chili Piper to include name and/or company name in subject line + what action. Teams don't identify their guests/attendees by phone number and may have multiple meetings with the guest - it all adds in extra lookup steps. Adding in company name or guests' name + meeting type to the email notification that Chili Piper sends will notify them of the client and meeting more efficiently. Instead of ""New Message from [number]"" > ""[Action] message from [Name at Company, Number] for [Meeting Type]""
