  1. For people who get a lot of meetings, color categorization helps a lot with organization. For example, instead of having inbound meetings from clients and internal meetings (just with the company you work at) be the same color, allow users to pick a specific color/label for the meetings booked through the chili piper link

  6. Want the ability to add preexisting user settings for new members during onboarding quickly. That could be by coping another user's settings or specifying settings, saving it as a role, and then I can assign a user that role. That way they are added to the right workspaces, queues, settings, etc.

  7. Not being able to create queues via a file upload has become increasingly frustrating. We have roughly 80 queues/territories for our sales team and having to copy and paste zip codes is super manual and leaves room for error. 40 of these territories are Round Robin so when a rep leaves or starts having to manually go in and adjust each one manually is unnecessarily time consuming

  8. Right now, only certain users using concierge receive error notifications. The default booker and the create by user on a router.

    It would be a huge value-add to be able to select multiple users to receive these error notifications, esepcially if say, someone were to leave the office so as not to create a silo.

  10. When a prospect selects a different time zone than the one presented to them, this is not recorded anywhere except in our database.

    It was suggested to me that we should store this time zone as a field in the CRM Event record as a custom field, or otherwise make it available as a dynamic tag to embed there.

  11. It is helpful to know if the prospect that booked a meeting does not receive the calendar invite email. Could this information either be made available within the dashboard or prospect reports or via an email notification to the assignee and admin?

  12. There is a Critical Accessibility conformance issue with the Chili Piper scheduler modal where the Close ("X") button does not have an accessible name. See WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 4.1.2.

    Adding an aria-label="Close" (or some other descriptive text) should resolve this issue.

  15. When adding multiple meeting types to your personal page, the list of Meeting Types across workspaces gets very long and difficult to manage. Being able to use a dropdown to view meeting types by workspace rather than in one long list would be an improvement.

  16. Update SMS response operational emails from Chili Piper to include name and/or company name in subject line + what action. Teams don't identify their guests/attendees by phone number and may have multiple meetings with the guest - it all adds in extra lookup steps. Adding in company name or guests' name + meeting type to the email notification that Chili Piper sends will notify them of the client and meeting more efficiently. Instead of ""New Message from [number]"" > ""[Action] message from [Name at Company, Number] for [Meeting Type]""
