Allow Shared Activities setting from CP
Currently, the "Add additional guests to the scheduled Event in Salesforce (Salesforce will create a child meeting for each guest)" only adds events for internal users, not necessarily creating child events on the external guest timeline.
WS would like to be able to set that each guest on an invitation has a child event created on their record from within CP.

Add aria-label description to scheduler close icon button
There is a Critical Accessibility conformance issue with the Chili Piper scheduler modal where the Close ("X") button does not have an accessible name. See WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 4.1.2.
Adding an
aria-label="Close"

Allow admins to hide availability for all
Preference would be to allow admins to choose if they'd like to hide or enable "availability for all" for handoff.
It allows admins to ensure that users are scheduling for the next up, instead of overriding.

Nested Drop downs in meeting type lists within personal page configuration
When adding multiple meeting types to your personal page, the list of Meeting Types across workspaces gets very long and difficult to manage. Being able to use a dropdown to view meeting types by workspace rather than in one long list would be an improvement.

Be able to export list of current meeting queues and see which users are assigned to each
When doing audits of which user is assigned to which queue, it would be extremely helpful and a major time-saver if I could export a sheet of all queues (ideally see which are active vs. inactive) and then have a column that shows the names of any and all users who are assigned to that queue. Currently I have to click into each queue separately and scroll down to see who is assigned...

Show overview of all Meeting Types and the Queues they're connected to
This would allow us to make sure we're only maintaining the Meeting Types that are in use without having to click into each one, try to delete it, and then hit an error.

Option to show deactivated users
IDC is using IB to have CSMs book on behalf of analysts. Analysts were at one point in time in SDFC, but no longer are.
They are then manually provisioned a licenses via an invite link, but then the user table refreshes > sees that one of the analysts was in SFDC at one point in time > then removes them from the user table because they are technically "deactivated" in SFDC. Allowing admins to choose whether or not they can show deactivated users would prevent this issue.

Prospect Booking Limit Reached should NOT Count as Not Booked
The way it stands now, if a prospect tries to book within the Booking Limit time set, an error is displayed saying that they've already booked and should use the reschedule link.
However, this also comes through as a meeting status of "Not Booked."
I suggest that this scenario should not count as any form of meeting and be essentially disqualified from routing.

Credit (for Round robin) users that aren't part of the same workspace, not using the collaboration manual system.

Handling race conditions in SF
If SF fails to update for whatever reason, it'd be great to have a notification to the impacted assignee to manually update the record, or create a way for Super Admins to export these errors en masse.

Carry over associated reminders when duplicating a meeting
I duplicate meetings often for my own use and for clients - Since I assumed all settings carried over, I assumed that reminders were also reattached, but they aren't. I have months of duplicated meetings w/ no reminders :) whoops. Submitting this feature request for reminders to also be carried over since all other settings are duplicated, it caught me off guard that reminders would not be attached identically to the duplicated meeting.

Format logo placement based on size
Today, when uploading a logo under Admin Center → Org details, it's possible to include a logo that will be squished when live.
It'd be great to have this fool-proofed so that whatever size ratio of the uploaded logo is maintained where-ever it's placed

Make Round Robin reset override per queue
Currently the ability to reset Round Robin Fairness calculation resides in the Workspace settings. It would be fantastic if you could set an override on individual queues to make the reset happen more frequently, or less.

Invite additional email address to all meetings to show all bookings on one calendar
The idea is to add a specific email address as a guest on all calendar invites. This way you can view all of the bookings for all of your sales reps on one calendar when viewing in Google Calendar, for example.

I would love to see the current availability of a meeting link, so I can see how long the delay is before a potential customer can speak with a rep is.

Reassignment - Sort list of reps based on priority
When you are in the dashboard, go to an event, if you click reassign in any queue, the list of reps isn't sorted by priority, so you don't know who the next rep in the queue is available at that timeslot.
