  1. When working in the Salesforce Actions settings page, I often click away from the drop-down options and end up accidentally selecting "Apply to all Meeting Types in this Workspace". This is really annoying. There is a select button and the change should only be made if a user clicks on the small button as opposed anywhere on the row.

  3. I want the ability to generate a singe link for any given User, which has a walkthrough of all steps needed to comply with a company's standardized set of techs would be key, as I could then select my Organization's required techs, and then for any new user, simply send them a link which walks them through set up on their time.

  6. At this moment it is not possible to filter the meetings in the dashboard by Accounts and having this possibility would help our customers to achieve their report goals and to track the necessary information related to each account individually.

  8. At the moment, if you go to your dashboard in "my workspace" you can see only the meetings that are assigned to you.

    It is very common that bookers book for other people and they want to track those meetings they booked in the dashboard. It would be helpful to have those meetings you booked (but are not assigned to you) in the dashboard so you can track.

  9. We only use Chili Piper for inbound sales inquiries, but our form accommodates support requests. These are disqualified in our Meeting Queues, but if the contact is owned in Salesforce our AEs are getting notified, which is causing confusion. We want to be able to send Did Not Book notifications only when the contact chose not to book, not when they are disqualified.

  10. Currently, the "Add additional guests to the scheduled Event in Salesforce (Salesforce will create a child meeting for each guest)" only adds events for internal users, not necessarily creating child events on the external guest timeline.

    WS would like to be able to set that each guest on an invitation has a child event created on their record from within CP.

  11. The way it stands now, if a prospect tries to book within the Booking Limit time set, an error is displayed saying that they've already booked and should use the reschedule link.

    However, this also comes through as a meeting status of "Not Booked."

    I suggest that this scenario should not count as any form of meeting and be essentially disqualified from routing.

  15. Currently the ability to reset Round Robin Fairness calculation resides in the Workspace settings. It would be fantastic if you could set an override on individual queues to make the reset happen more frequently, or less.

  17. When you are in the dashboard, go to an event, if you click reassign in any queue, the list of reps isn't sorted by priority, so you don't know who the next rep in the queue is available at that timeslot.

  19. I would like an admin to be able to create calendar events for individuals, change their available hours, create integrations for them, etc. Why? If a single admin can create an org-wide template for each AE's account, and cookie-cutter copy and paste that to each AE as the admin sees fit, then we would not have the need for a n AE to configure their own account and possibly introduce inconsistencies/errors in config
