  1. When viewing the Team screen we are able to see if a Team Members calendar is disconnected. It would be helpful if we could also notify them directly from the team screen, like we can from the user table. Currently we have to exit/new tab the user table to do this.

  2. We are requesting the ability to edit the email notification that is sent when a meeting books. Ideally we would like to see all form submission data on the email notification so the rep has that information available.

  3. It would be useful to reorder the meeting types listed in the ChiliCal Scheduler. Today I believe it lists them in the order created and there is no way to reorder them.

  4. We run different Marketing/Sales campaigns in our organization from time to time.
    CP assignee notifications work as a good handoff email from Marketing to the Sales team so we would really like to be able to customise the messaging to add the campaign details in there.

  5. Give the ability for users to disqualify meeting invitations from pre-defined domains by users for their links. This is currently supported in concierge, it would be interesting to have a similar setting for personal links.

  7. There are a lot of clicks to make a distribution, and when making a lot of them, it becomes tedious. Speeding this up would be great, especially since we are choosing the same general settings with each Distribution.

  8. When rescheduling a meeting it no longer uses the Assignee name in the title, even if there's a dynamic tag. It just says "meeting with"

  9. Ability to change the default workspace for each user. Currently the default workspace is visible to all users, but we want certain groups of users to have a different default workspace than others. Ex: We want the sales team's default workspace to be the Sales Workspace and the CS team's default workspace to be the CS team.

    Our rep when building out Chili Piper initially made our default workspace "sales" but now everyone in the org, even if they aren't in sales, has to be a part of the "Sales" workspace since it's the company default. And it's impossible to…

  10. When working in the Salesforce Actions settings page, I often click away from the drop-down options and end up accidentally selecting "Apply to all Meeting Types in this Workspace". This is really annoying. There is a select button and the change should only be made if a user clicks on the small button as opposed anywhere on the row.

  12. I want the ability to generate a singe link for any given User, which has a walkthrough of all steps needed to comply with a company's standardized set of techs would be key, as I could then select my Organization's required techs, and then for any new user, simply send them a link which walks them through set up on their time.

  17. At the moment, if you go to your dashboard in "my workspace" you can see only the meetings that are assigned to you.

    It is very common that bookers book for other people and they want to track those meetings they booked in the dashboard. It would be helpful to have those meetings you booked (but are not assigned to you) in the dashboard so you can track.

  18. We only use Chili Piper for inbound sales inquiries, but our form accommodates support requests. These are disqualified in our Meeting Queues, but if the contact is owned in Salesforce our AEs are getting notified, which is causing confusion. We want to be able to send Did Not Book notifications only when the contact chose not to book, not when they are disqualified.

  19. Currently, the "Add additional guests to the scheduled Event in Salesforce (Salesforce will create a child meeting for each guest)" only adds events for internal users, not necessarily creating child events on the external guest timeline.

    WS would like to be able to set that each guest on an invitation has a child event created on their record from within CP.

  20. The way it stands now, if a prospect tries to book within the Booking Limit time set, an error is displayed saying that they've already booked and should use the reschedule link.

    However, this also comes through as a meeting status of "Not Booked."

    I suggest that this scenario should not count as any form of meeting and be essentially disqualified from routing.
