Timezone selection doesn't include (daylight/no daylight savings)
Currently, when the prospect has the ability to select a timezone, it displays both the standard and daylight savings versions of each timezone. It would be beneficial if Chili Piper only showed one selection for each timezone and applied daylight savings adjustments as necessary automatically.

Change prospect booking limit display text
Prospect booking limit screen to change from "Please visit your original confirmation email if you'd like to reschedule your meeting for a different time/.day" to a more relatable text on why they can't book.

Date Format DD/MM/YYYY
Dates are currently shown in the American format, MM/DD/YYYY.This is not used universally, so I would like to have the option to choose the formatting to avoid confusions around booking dates.Options available should be:MM/DD/YYYYDD/MM/YYYYYYYY/MM/DD

Event logs for Chili Cal
Concierge has a separate page for Logs where you can view meetings, and have the option to Retry Salesforce actions there on-demand. It'll be helpful if Chili Cal has the same page

Centralized Reminder Email Management (Admin Control)
I’m running into ongoing issues with calendar booking reminder emails—especially since the new ChiliCal Firebase updates. Some of the reminders are pulling incorrect or outdated meeting links, and managing them has become increasingly difficult. On my personal links, I also have duplicate reminder that I cannot seem to remove.
Right now, I have to open each individual booking link just to view or edit the associated reminders, and there’s no centralized place to view everything I’ve created. I’d love to request the following:
A dedicated area to manage all reminder emails I've set up—ideally organized in a searchable, editable list.

SMS responses were available in legacy but not in Fire.
SMS responses were available in Legacy but not in Fire. This was used to ensure that if an SMS response goes out and someone responds that the rep is able to see that.

Add Notification back to all meetings booked via Workspace Booking Links.
Now with Fire, we no longer have the concept of Default Booker. That impacted notifications for meetings booked that don't go through Handoff or Concierge.

Show selected Teams at the top of the admin center in a user's teams
As an administrator, I love being able to see all the teams per user in the admin center. However, it would be great to be able to see the currently selected teams float to the top when I open up a user's teams.

Error creating new contact in Hubspot
When syncing to Hubspot, ChiliPiper only looks for the primary email address. If someone books using a secondary email (that is in Hubspot as an additional email address), ChiliPiper thinks the contact doesn't exist and tries to create a new contact. However, Hubspot won't create that contact because it does already exist.
ChiliPiper either needs to be able to look at all possible emails or send a notification when a new contact can't be created. We have automations in place that then don't run because of this deficiency.

Add Notify for calendar disconnect to Team screen
When viewing the Team screen we are able to see if a Team Members calendar is disconnected. It would be helpful if we could also notify them directly from the team screen, like we can from the user table. Currently we have to exit/new tab the user table to do this.

edit email notification
We are requesting the ability to edit the email notification that is sent when a meeting books. Ideally we would like to see all form submission data on the email notification so the rep has that information available.

Reorder Meeting Types in ChiliCal
It would be useful to reorder the meeting types listed in the ChiliCal Scheduler. Today I believe it lists them in the order created and there is no way to reorder them.

We run different Marketing/Sales campaigns in our organization from time to time.

Give the ability for users to disqualify meeting invitations from pre-defined domains by users for their links. This is currently supported in concierge, it would be interesting to have a similar setting for personal links.

Make it easier to make a distribution
There are a lot of clicks to make a distribution, and when making a lot of them, it becomes tedious. Speeding this up would be great, especially since we are choosing the same general settings with each Distribution.

Having the new assignee name be a part of the title for rescheduled meetings
When rescheduling a meeting it no longer uses the Assignee name in the title, even if there's a dynamic tag. It just says "meeting with"

change default workspace
Ability to change the default workspace for each user. Currently the default workspace is visible to all users, but we want certain groups of users to have a different default workspace than others. Ex: We want the sales team's default workspace to be the Sales Workspace and the CS team's default workspace to be the CS team.
Our rep when building out Chili Piper initially made our default workspace "sales" but now everyone in the org, even if they aren't in sales, has to be a part of the "Sales" workspace since it's the company default. And it's impossible to…
