Forresters team has multiple assignees that meet with clients. They would live to give the client the opportunity to mark one of multiple assignees as optional with the goal of viewing more availability.

Ability To View/Manage Personal Pages
I think it's great that users are able to create personal pages; however, if we add company-wide meeting types, we have to be able to find these Personal Pages and potentially mass-update them with new Bookings.

Allow users to set the minimum scheduling notice on the user level vs meeting type level
Some of our account managers like to set the minimum scheduling notice to 1 day so that they have time to prepare for their meetings with our customers, but others don't mind having it set to the day of. This feature was available when we used Outreach to book meetings.

Control the font
Allow users to customize the font so that all email platforms receive the font as intended - some email platforms (like Superhuman) are receiving the a different font that does not match our branding.

Within the Active Users tab of the UI, please add filters for both Workspace and Team so that admins can easily identify who is missing critical configuration.

Add User Created Date, Modified Date, Created By, & Modified By
With a growing list of users, it is impossible to tell if someone should or should not be licensed, should or should not be connected, and the user reporting is insufficient for identifying adoption insights by team or wave.
Please add user Created Date, Modified Date, Created By, and Modified By fields to the user reporting.

Reorder columns in tables across Chili Piper
The ability to drag and reorder columns in tables. Specifically, one customer needs it in the Meeting Activities page (they want the 'Booker' field to be further on the left because right now they have to scroll to see it).
Their workaround is to download a CSV, open in Excel, then sort and reorder. Ideally, we'd keep them in the app as much as possible, and this seems like a simple way to do so.

Allow changing of meeting data which failed to sync
Today, if for any reason, a meeting is set up where a validation fail is failing the sync in SFDC, there is no way to have the record synced from Chili Piper to SFDC and it is left hanging and unsynced.
The only way to unblock this situation is to change/disable the validation in Salesforce which is sometimes impossible.
The request is to allow the ability to update the record which is due to be synced to valid values and be able to then resync the record.

Preview Options
Ability to Test before Publish. LeanData allows us to enter a test data and “run” through the journey to see which path it will take so we can do testing before we publish the update to real live environment. I know that we can spin up copies of Chilli Piper journeys and test it on our lower-level environments, but this is not as easy as being able to do it all inside a single tool

Fill in dynamic tags in the Preview
Legacy CP fills in dynamic tags in the Preview to get a better sense of what the prospect will see, but Fire shows the dynamic tags in Preview without populating those values. It would be great for Fire to adopt this feature.

Create Salesforce Tasks from Concierge & Handoff
Currently Concierge and Handoff can only create Events after a meeting is booked, but some people use Tasks instead of Events. It would be very useful to have a Task creation node in the routers, both for when meetings are booked or not booked.

Force Show Availability For All
We'd like to have a User Control toggle that gives us the ability to force-enable "Availability for All" for all users in the workspace and prevents them from disabling it, as it's critical to our sherry-picking efforts.
