  1. It would be useful to have the Router Name pass via a webhook (i.e. the Zapier integration). Currently it is not available.

  3. I think it's great that users are able to create personal pages; however, if we add company-wide meeting types, we have to be able to find these Personal Pages and potentially mass-update them with new Bookings.

  6. An open API with a /meetings endpoint where we can extract one object per meeting of interest

    In this case, exporting this information into a database such as BitQuery when the crm is Hubspot.

  7. Currently, when the prospect has the ability to select a timezone, it displays both the standard and daylight savings versions of each timezone. It would be beneficial if Chili Piper only showed one selection for each timezone and applied daylight savings adjustments as necessary automatically.

  9. Dates are currently shown in the American format, MM/DD/YYYY.This is not used universally, so I would like to have the option to choose the formatting to avoid confusions around booking dates.Options available should be:MM/DD/YYYYDD/MM/YYYYYYYY/MM/DD

  10. Some of our account managers like to set the minimum scheduling notice to 1 day so that they have time to prepare for their meetings with our customers, but others don't mind having it set to the day of. This feature was available when we used Outreach to book meetings.

  11. Option to "add all users in list" to workspace(s) when doing new user creation. Same condition for license assignment. Currently requires clicking of each user, selecting workspace, then clicking out. Same can be said for licensing. Would be more efficient to add all users and then toggle "add to workspace" for all users in the list.

  12. For clients that are using multiple products, it'd be helpful to have an admin log so we can see all the products that prospect has touched. ie if the prospect booked a meeting through Concierge, then was assigned or had an update via Distro, then the meeting was handed off from one rep to another - there is no singular view that'll show that history.

  13. In the old platform, agents (non-admin users) had access to the "Dashboard" section, which allowed them to view their upcoming and past events.

    In the new Fire platform, the equivalent functionality appears to be the "Meeting Activity" report. However, this report is restricted to Admin-only access.

    It would be very helpful if regular users could also view their own meeting activity within this report, to maintain visibility and autonomy over their scheduling history, similar to what was available in the previous platform.

  14. When using a Data Field that requests a phone number, the UI presents a drop-down menu for selecting the country.

    The country information could be provided separately or mapped within the Data Field, allowing me to directly determine the country without asking for the Country Name in a drop-down.

  17. Concierge has a separate page for Logs where you can view meetings, and have the option to Retry Salesforce actions there on-demand. It'll be helpful if Chili Cal has the same page

  18. Now with Fire, we no longer have the concept of Default Booker. That impacted notifications for meetings booked that don't go through Handoff or Concierge.
    I'd love to have the option back to get notified of all meetings booked through the Booking Links from a Workspace.

  20. When syncing to Hubspot, ChiliPiper only looks for the primary email address. If someone books using a secondary email (that is in Hubspot as an additional email address), ChiliPiper thinks the contact doesn't exist and tries to create a new contact. However, Hubspot won't create that contact because it does already exist.

    ChiliPiper either needs to be able to look at all possible emails or send a notification when a new contact can't be created. We have automations in place that then don't run because of this deficiency.
