  1. I want the ability to generate a singe link for any given User, which has a walkthrough of all steps needed to comply with a company's standardized set of techs would be key, as I could then select my Organization's required techs, and then for any new user, simply send them a link which walks them through set up on their time.

  2. Not being able to create queues via a file upload has become increasingly frustrating. We have roughly 80 queues/territories for our sales team and having to copy and paste zip codes is super manual and leaves room for error. 40 of these territories are Round Robin so when a rep leaves or starts having to manually go in and adjust each one manually is unnecessarily time consuming

  3. Every time a rep goes to the log in page, even if already logged in in another tab, they are prompted to log in again. It'd be nice for CP to read whether the user is already credentialed and then move them straight to their home page.

  9. At the moment, if you go to your dashboard in "my workspace" you can see only the meetings that are assigned to you.

    It is very common that bookers book for other people and they want to track those meetings they booked in the dashboard. It would be helpful to have those meetings you booked (but are not assigned to you) in the dashboard so you can track.

  10. Some customers have coaching or advisor type sessions and they thought it would be valuable to collect CC info before the call. This helps ensure clients show up and their time is not wasted.

  11. Chili Piper is set it and forget it, but sometimes when new reps join they are in a queue but getting a lot less meetings than the others. When the admin is aware of that, he can train them on how to maintain a good calendar hygiene. I also prevents loosing prospects when a queue is made by one only prospect.

  14. I'd like to be able to apply our corporate branding to all external interfaces, including Personal Pages and Personal Booking Links, not just inside a particular workspace. Currently we have to keep reminding our users to never send out their personal booking links because of the visual disconnect from our corporate branding.

  15. We only use Chili Piper for inbound sales inquiries, but our form accommodates support requests. These are disqualified in our Meeting Queues, but if the contact is owned in Salesforce our AEs are getting notified, which is causing confusion. We want to be able to send Did Not Book notifications only when the contact chose not to book, not when they are disqualified.

  16. Currently, the "Add additional guests to the scheduled Event in Salesforce (Salesforce will create a child meeting for each guest)" only adds events for internal users, not necessarily creating child events on the external guest timeline.

    WS would like to be able to set that each guest on an invitation has a child event created on their record from within CP.

  17. There is a Critical Accessibility conformance issue with the Chili Piper scheduler modal where the Close ("X") button does not have an accessible name. See WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 4.1.2.

    Adding an aria-label="Close" (or some other descriptive text) should resolve this issue.

  18. Preference would be to allow admins to choose if they'd like to hide or enable "availability for all" for handoff.

    It allows admins to ensure that users are scheduling for the next up, instead of overriding.

  19. When adding multiple meeting types to your personal page, the list of Meeting Types across workspaces gets very long and difficult to manage. Being able to use a dropdown to view meeting types by workspace rather than in one long list would be an improvement.

  20. IDC is using IB to have CSMs book on behalf of analysts. Analysts were at one point in time in SDFC, but no longer are.

    They are then manually provisioned a licenses via an invite link, but then the user table refreshes > sees that one of the analysts was in SFDC at one point in time > then removes them from the user table because they are technically "deactivated" in SFDC. Allowing admins to choose whether or not they can show deactivated users would prevent this issue.
