I've had a couple of requests recently to automate adding and removing reps from queues based on certain conditions within SFDC (e.g. remove a rep from the RR if the number of open ops in their name >10 and add them back in when it's <10). I'm currently working with them to use Zapier and our API endpoints, however it would be awesome if we could do this natively in-app.

  2. In case if conference details, title, and availability/working hours are all set by CP admins for the whole team, the admin has to:1. enter Admin Panel - Users, where admin can set title, number, conference details,...2. enter Workspaces - Users (under Workspace Settings) and then enter specific user in order to set their availability.This makes the setup for admins time-consuming. I recommend that all settings that Admin is able to do for users, would be reachable from a single screen - from Admin Panel - Users.

  3. Adding the ability to transfer all configurations from Sandbox to Production. This way customers don't need to recreate everything again, which could speed up the onboarding process.

  4. Every time a rep goes to the log in page, even if already logged in in another tab, they are prompted to log in again. It'd be nice for CP to read whether the user is already credentialed and then move them straight to their home page.

  5. We've had several cases where someone accidentally changes a ruleset or something within a router, or worse, they change it without realizing it.

    A save button would prevent this and give users more confidence when editing queues or routers. I assume this would also help give historical data regarding what was changed, when, and by whom, which would also be of great value.

  10. At this moment it is not possible to filter the meetings in the dashboard by Accounts and having this possibility would help our customers to achieve their report goals and to track the necessary information related to each account individually.

  12. At the moment, if you go to your dashboard in "my workspace" you can see only the meetings that are assigned to you.

    It is very common that bookers book for other people and they want to track those meetings they booked in the dashboard. It would be helpful to have those meetings you booked (but are not assigned to you) in the dashboard so you can track.

  15. Chili Piper is set it and forget it, but sometimes when new reps join they are in a queue but getting a lot less meetings than the others. When the admin is aware of that, he can train them on how to maintain a good calendar hygiene. I also prevents loosing prospects when a queue is made by one only prospect.

  17. Right now when a HubSpot field is created, the label associated to this field can be changed in HubSpot but the API name will be forever the same (you cannot change it in HS). If a customer creates two fields with the same name in HubSpot, in our Chili Piper form the dropdown will display both fields with the same name and it's impossible to know through the UI which one is the desired one.   18. It is helpful to know if the prospect that booked a meeting does not receive the calendar invite email. Could this information either be made available within the dashboard or prospect reports or via an email notification to the assignee and admin?

  19. I'd like to be able to apply our corporate branding to all external interfaces, including Personal Pages and Personal Booking Links, not just inside a particular workspace. Currently we have to keep reminding our users to never send out their personal booking links because of the visual disconnect from our corporate branding.

  20. We only use Chili Piper for inbound sales inquiries, but our form accommodates support requests. These are disqualified in our Meeting Queues, but if the contact is owned in Salesforce our AEs are getting notified, which is causing confusion. We want to be able to send Did Not Book notifications only when the contact chose not to book, not when they are disqualified.
